I can recommend the FOS online complaint form. I've just submitted mine. At least now I can rest assured someone will actually look into my issue properly.0

I spoke too soon - complete bog up of latest statement even though (according to telephone conversation), II are aware of the computer/human (?) error that has caused it - back to the keyboard humming 'I still remember my first love "(HL) but grimly repeating "Cheap, cheap...":(0

Completely Useless Company.
I had hoped that II were getting better. I have been able to get to them by phone, spoken to people who sound as if they are trying to be helpful, and dividends are eventually coming through but then......
I tried to buy funds through them from the 'cash' shown on my online statement but couldn't because it was more than the funds shown as available. They acknowledged the mistake and corrected it but it scared me that figures on the statement could be wrong.
Now the transfer of a child trust fund to them has gone horribly wrong. I filled the transfer form out on19 June and it still hasn't been done! I won't go into details here at present but the communication and handling of it is appalling.
I am now threatening another FOS complaint. (I complained over transfers) but I'm posting this to warn others and to keep this thread going in case people think they are now ok to invest with. AVOID.0 -

Well mine are certainly not right but the error is in my favour at the moment... but....what will happen when they attempt to correct it is anybody's guess!:eek:Now the transfer of a child trust fund to them has gone horribly wrong
I don't think that I'll be following up my idea of a transfer to II out of my cash ISA - frightened of ending up with apoplexy!:mad:0 -

Until the latest rigmarole. I'd decided that they'd be okay if you only held Acc units in Equity Income funds ....now I'm not so sure.0 -
I have gone into all out pitched battle with them this evening - via email and secure message - and believe me I have not minced my words. We will see what they have to say on Monday, in the meantime I am off to make myself some supper and pour myself a very stiff drink!!!!:mad:0

Think I'm being driven to the bottle......0 -
but only one dividend still outstanding.......:)0

Do you think we could put in a claim against them for being driven to alcoholism?!?!;)0

Lucky you - I still have 4 outstanding that were due on 31st August, including the perennial Newton Asian Income. I was given the usual spiel when I enquired about these - 'I can confirm that our Dividends Team usually needs 10 working days to receive and reconcile the payment.' Then they implied that the company was to blame rather than them, saying 'We aim to credit your account as quickly as possible but need the funds from the company in the first place.' I pointed out that it was strange how other providers seemed able to credit the payment on the due date or the day after. Do they not equally well need the funds from the company?!0
