I think you are right, Nocto! Newton Asian Income is always the last to arrive, it is a pain every single quarter. I have a Royal London fund outstanding also and 3 others, including Fidelity Moneybuilder Income which was due on 26th May and has never been this late before. Secure message sent 8th June, phoned to chase this morning, told (as usual) they will 'get their dividends team to look into it' and get back to me. With a bit of badgering from me it will apparently be passed to a manager to escalate it. If they take much longer I might escalate it myself via a post on their facebook page or a phonecall to Julie Baxter!!!!

Premier Monthly Income is nearly always on time - how do they manage it for this fund and not Invesco Perpetual?

And where is our unallocated money? Who has the benefit of it?

I asked them yesterday too close both my trading account and ISA account. It felt sooo good to send that secure message, knowing that in 4 or 5 months when they actually action my request I will be free from them for ever. :j

I wouldn't follow me, let alone recommend that anyone else does! :p
I only have ISAs and they are all in investment trusts with Hargreaves Lansdown at £45 a year plus £12 dealing charge.

If you only have investment trusts and/or shares SVS Securities charges no fees at all and their dealing charge is £5.75 flat. They don't trade unit trusts/OEICs. They do a trading account and an ISA, no SIPP as yet but they plan to introduce one. I have had a trading account with them for quite a while and found them to be very good.

3 of my outstanding dividends have arrived with III today including - shock - Newton Asian Income!! Quite early for that one, only 16 days late!! 2 still to come from May.

I guess one more embarrassing screw up, apparently I have 67p in 9 funds still, so they can't close my account. Apparently FNZ only work to two decimal places, but my holdings where down to 4 decimals places. So in order to close the accounts I basically have to give them the 67p of units for free, or close them at £10 each.

I decided to just give them the 67p, so that I can close the account and not accrue another £20 charge at the end of the month. Perhaps they can use the money to improve the service to the people left over. 67p should get them a new IT system that works twice as well as their current one. ;)
