God help us, can you just imagine the chaos we have to look forward to when they launch this new website, which will be full of glitches and you can guarantee they won't have tested properly before they roll it out!! It is going to be a right barrel of laughs!!!!

in the process of moving back to HL, realised that if I convert remaining passive funds to ETF's (so everything is in ETF's), then HL cap their charges at £45 pa. Will transfer as cash this time and rebuild portfolio.

They do but you'll be waiting a good couple of months. My 2014 voucher arrived 03/07/2014.
