  • Thanks for that juliamarsh. I have received four Quarterly Fund Rebates since I moved to II in February 2014: £65.49 on 5/7/14; £193.04 on 4/10/14; £195.43 on 3/1/15; £201.46 on 11/4/15. There seems a big difference between the amount rebated in July 2014 and that paid in April 2015, especially since I have reduced my exposure to funds by around £45k since October 2014. Is there a way to drill down further to see what II claim to receive each quarter from each Fund Manager. At present I know that I have been given £201.46 on 11/4/15 but I can't see the breakdown of that figure by Fund.

Go into Account Admin and there is a 'Document Library' link in the Forms & Tax section, this contains quarterly rebate statements. It took me a while to find it too!

Thanks juliamarsh and masonic. Total mess - wish I hadn't looked. For example 395.4760 in April 2014 becomes 395.7600 in May 2014 and then doesn't appear again until February 2015 and is correct this time at 3954.760! This is one example of many! I haven't even got around to the calculations yet.

I wish I could say I was surprised, but I'm not..... it all sounds horribly familiar! Best of luck with the ordeal of trawling through it, it will require a great deal of patience but by the sound of it they will owe you quite a lot more money.

Quoting myself... I finally had an answer that they are looking into why I haven't received the BRT back for my bond fund that I've been holding for more than a year in my ISA. After previously telling me that I have indeed received it and that it's shown in the statement... except the statement actually shows the trail commission rebates not the reclaimed tax...

III really are utterly incompetent. I do not want a provider where i have to check every single thing they do and chase them six times before they even admit they've failed to do what they are required to do!

Well, well. May 22nd in my ISA statement shows a TAX RECLAIM for my M&G bond fund! Whether it's correct or not... I don't have the energy to check now... but at least something has appeared!

Maybe there is hope for me receiving mine yet. I guess they are doing them manually, one customer at a time.

Like my relative, I had become accustomed to late fund dividends but found Share dividends appeared on the due date or at most a day later - now my REIT dividend due 29 May is still missing and the relative's Standard Life due 19th May didn't appear until yesterday...

Seems like they are back to their old ways - 5 dividend payments still outstanding from May, including that old faithful, Newton Asian Income! At least the hold music has changed, although very repetitive and can tell it will shortly become very irritating! New phone system could not identify me from my date of birth, does not bode well.....

Anyone else have payments still outstanding from May?!

Yes - Invesco Perpetual Distribution and Global Distribution - the Invesco Perpetual Distribution now the latest it has ever been!

In addition to the above, relatives have others including Royal London High Yield, Foreign and Colonial etc.....

    I’ve received 3 out of 4 of my May dividends (on 4th, 11th & 12th June).

Still awaiting Newton Asian Income… I’m assuming that II transfer the funds in the form of gold and spices on the back of camels via the old silk route. I guess recent trips may have encountered a spot of bother on the road to Damascus..!
