Recently, I've found the service from III to be much improved.
Dividends are now being paid on time;

Mine have been more or less on time but the relatives have been less fortunate - a couple of end March divs still floating around somewhere but not in their accounts...:(

Isn't the Fund Rebate Statement actually to do with the refund of ongoing charges for the dirty fund classes?

You're right, you won't see your tax reclaims in the Fund Rebate statement. If they do ever appear (I've only had tax credits for one of my bond funds and I'm having a break before I go back and try to deal with them again), they will show up in your general statement, not the Fund Rebate statement.

Ha ha they have posted on their website that they have been having problems with their phones over the past couple of days....probably exploded due to overload from disgruntled customers!! Although I begrudgingly have to admit that over the past week or two they have been dealing with things a bit quicker...maybe that is why the phones have blown up, with shock!! ;-)

III has improved of late - dividends have been paid much quicker (give a day or two), rebates received on time, regular savings taken ton time and allocated correctly.
I'm looking forward to day all funds are clean as this causes the most confusion - I've requested they display the ISIN code which is more accurate than current descriptions.
15 months since moving here and things looking good!
