Rather oddly, the dividend on my Premier Monthly Income fund ( which formerly was being paid on time (well, just three days late in December), has not appeared yet!
I don't expect to see Invesco Perpetual Distribution interest much before Friday, if then....0 -
I would normally get one or two around the end of the month, and the rest turn up throughout the month, but this time around nothing at all.0

Another oddity, the relative's latest F&C turned up exactly on time!
First name out of the hat at II?:D0 -
And my Premier has now pottered in.....0

To members of the forum who have transferred to AJ Bell, could you please tell me, are you happy with the service AJ Bell has provide you thus far?, I am about to 'jump ship', is AJ Bell the right destination?
From my experience at II everything is just too much trouble, the initial transfer was an issue, dividends continue to be paid late, commision rebates are incorrect, equalisation payments are not made, tax rebates a continuing problem, data relating to yields of funds inaccurate or not available.....everything takes too long.....their offer is perhaps too cheap and they do not have the resources, clout or systems to provide a basic and satisfactory service...your views would be appreciated. Thanks0 -
i'll be interested to see replies to Allots' questions re. AJBell too.
i started this thread re. The Share Centre, too, as i am looking at transferring from iii to them: https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/51674720 -

I'm happy. Had all my dividends for January paid on the due date. Service is ok but can take 2/3 days to respond to a secure message. Website can be a bit iffy at times but most times is OK.
In conclusion I am glad that I left iii.0 -

Its early days for me, but so far, eveything has been paid on time. It's annoying that their website can be down for hours each "due to maintenance", but this is more of miner issue really. I am still waiting for the rest of my dividends from January to be paid, nothing has turned up at all. Only a few have already turned up at Aj Bell, so I am assuming the rest are with II.0 -

I'm sure that you will find that they are with III.0 -

No joy.....it is the inconsistency that is so odd!
I am convinced that they draw names out of a hat....:rotfl:0
