I used to get a better response when I used the "complaint" dropdown option. Worth a try?0

My Invesco dividend arrived yesterday - and only nine working days after payment.....
The relatives are still waiting for various others....0 -
I'm sure everyone will be delighted to hear we will soon be welcoming investors in the Motley Fool sharedealing service onto our platform (thanks to Porcupine for the tip off).
Well I guess when you have a formula that works so well, everyone wants a piece of it.0 -

BTW, did anyone who queried missing tax credits ever get a response? It's looking like the only way I'm going to get one is by raising it as a complaint, but that will no doubt reset the clock and I've already been waiting for almost 2 months.0

I queried missing tax credits several times before making a formal complaint.
They recently sent a final reponse letter (about 14 weeks later) where they upheld my complaint and gave some compensation.
The tax credits in question have still not been paid.
Fortunately the credits are only for a relatively small amount, the last ones I received were back in August so if you have only been waiting 2 months, you could have a long wait.0 -

I did, after some considerable time had elapsed, and they were all eventually paid except for the one I posted about on here which they said they would not pay because they were Group 2 units. They actually escalated it to a complaint, not me, and they gave me £40 compensation. Originally they were going to waive 2 lots of quarterly fees, having not checked that I had elected not to move onto that system but to stay with the annual SIPP charge, but when I pointed this out they put cash into my trading account.0 -
