And in complete non-mse style, me and OH bought a kitten last night. :j He's very sweet and the same colour as purrball so they look related. I can't say purrball is thrilled with the new family member but he'll come round.

We figured we needed an antidote to the usa presidential election devastation. So far it's working. ;)

  • Kitten!!!! I keep threatening DH that I'll get 1+ kitten(s), haha. Our one cat is very needy/snuggly, though, so I think we have to wait for him to go.

hidden shadow...this wee thing is such a superstar, I would highly recommend getting one, or two, or maybe a whole bagful! He actually belongs to OH who has never had a pet so it only seems fair. The mini purrball is safely tucked up in the spare room, playing with toys, getting to know us and having fun. We're swapping their toys now and then so that can become accustomed to each others' scent. We'll see how that goes. They had a nose sniff last night and the wee one seemed fine but there was a bit of growling later on. We're keeping tabs on it.

I am in bed with a stinky cold today. Bleh. I have far too much work to do to take any time off work, though I think I need it. Double bleh.

    Happy mse Sunday everyone. :)

  • I would love a bagful of kittens...my last kitten was the clingy/needy cat (now aged 10 1/2). We got his sister a few years ago but she was an adult...always feel I need to adopt grown up cats as the kittens are so easy to place.

Hope you recover from your cold...I may be coming down with one, bah!

The minimum payment to hsbc has just shown up on the account, so I've updated my signature.

    Total debt £9,320.49

It would be nice to get under £9k soon, wonder how I could make that happen?

    Happy debt busting everyone. :)

I hope that the mini purrball helps you feel better quickly - or at least provides some entertainment while you're unwell. How cute!

Amen to the difference an on-board OH makes. It's so much easier to accomplish financial goals when they're shared by those closest to you.

Also, is this the payment that officially puts you past the halfway point? :T:T:T

Yay to your new furball. Would love to have a cat, maybe once we move into new flat.

Thanks misstara. And I would highly recommend a furry purrball, they're the greatest ever. Our two have managed to both lie on our bed together today for the first time. So they're doing well. :)

I've just been checking out diaries on here looking for inspiration. A couple of things are coming to mind, pensions, and having a massive declutter. I'll get onto that at the weekend.

    Hiya,

Just read through your diary, I've beeb lurking on and off through out the boards in the past few years. I think I am ready to start dealing with my problems.

Well done on all that you have achieved so far! It's amazing.

I wish I had my own space for Kittens! x
