My CBH is as follows:
Leftover mashed potato
chopped onion
corned beef
mix all of above together in frying pan, fry until crispy on bottom, then flip over and fry other side
Serve with loads of brown sauce0 -
Boil and mash spuds, fry a chopped onion, shred corned beef, grate some cheese. Combine all, with a squirt of tomato puree if liked, top with sliced tomato and more grated cheese, re-heat in oven for about half an hour.
I haven't bogged off yet, and I ain't no babe

i make just basic mash (with butter, milk and a dairylee triangle to make it really light and creamy), then add in corn beef and mash again.
to ring the changes, i sometimes add fried/caramelised onion and grated carrot
goes lovely with baked beans and poached egg.
this is also the filling for a corn beef pie/pastie *mmm*know thyselfNid wy'n gofyn bywyd moethus...0 -

This is how I make it
Boil and mash pots add corn beef , then I layer it up with baked beans on the bottom of the dish, fried onions next then the pots and beef mix and finally grated cheese and some sliced toms. If I'm missing an ingrediant I just leave it out.

Cook in oven untill potatoes just about cooked then slice the corned beef and put on top of the potatoes and then put a dollop of dumpling mix on top of each slice of corned beef.
