I called and spoke to someone at Santander, to check the progress of what was going on and they seemed okay to talk to me after going through some security questions, although I had to get transfered a few times.

Even after chasing the broker yesterday, it appears the system is still showing as outstanding this morning. I feel a phonecall coming this afternoon! :mad::mad::mad::mad::mad:

I asked for the direct number, and was given 0845 6060 666 Option 2

I'm not sure if they will need anything else after this round of docs - once they eventually get them - I hope not. The only thing that hasn't been requested is bank statements.

Seems that mine is still in the underwriting stage and not yet with the processing team. Haven't heard from broker yet so I don't know if they need more documents! I can almost guarantee he calls and asks for another statement or something.

For those waiting get your case number from your Brokers so you can check progress yourself. It was only after I insisted on this that I found out what a mess my broker was making as they had been hiding it from me stating that Santander were just being slow when in reality it had not been submitted at all 9 days after it should have been!!
