FINALLY valuation is booked. Everything crossed for this and we should have official hard copy offer by the end of the week.

Santander was very quick in the end it took longer than it should due to my useless broker. We supplied a new payslip but only as it had rolled into the next month by then I am not even sure it was requested by Santander.

Thanks for the reply. I had to give updated payslip and proof of address, thought it would be submitted upon application. Hoping to hear back tomorrow if the new docs are ok or if they need something else. So annoying.
