Hi CB, sorry to hear that your IPA is not realistic  you should repost your message on the main board as you will get more help there with disputing it.

I was just thinking of posting the same. 7 months in and I'm finally relaxed. I've the letter from the OR saying he has applied to be released so it's all finished. Next job is file clean up but I'll wait till after discharge. It's so good to have the weight lifted off my shoulders :-)SPC 8 (2015) #485 TOTAL: £334.65
SPC 9 (2016) #485 TOTAL £84

How is everyone getting on?
I am paying my IPA which will finish May 2017. Feels like a lifetime!
Recently had a car crash and injured my chest. I am making a claim and then it dawned on me I will have to pay it to Clark Willmott! Never mind. If I get any money I will give them a ring then and see what they say.
Hopefully due a payrise August but again not sure it will be more than cost of living but Ill contact them then.
Hope everyone is getting on well.
I have just signed up to look at my credit files. I have scripted up the letters from this forum as none of my accounts are settled which I believe they should be now I am discharged.
Applied for a Vanquis CC to start to build up by Credit file. Plan is to use it just for petrol and pay off in full each month via direct debit. Am wondering whether I should have actually waited for all my accounts to be settled? Not got an answer on the CC yet so will see.
I still worry about the BR and my future. I guess I will but I am a lot more sensible and have learnt a very big lesson in life.

I hope you are on the mend CB
Looks like I too will have to get a credit card to rebuild my credit rating...but I have such a fear of debt, I still haven't done it yet...
Despit writing to Barclays- they still have my debt as unsettled despite 2 letters now
One piece of good news is being accepting for the Yorkshire Bank readycash account for the £150 switch from Co-op cashminder!0
