Finally got OR call- no interview, no IPA & free in 1 year - so really over the moon!!!
It's the turn of the OH monday.....far less credit than me so should be straight forward

What are my options IPA ( whats that )


I don't have much disposable maybe £100


ive just sent my bank statements and bank card into the OR etc but heard nothing much.

Any questions I would ask on the main BR board, you will receive more replies and support.

From your previous post your OR didn't need a phone interview with you, so I would ring or email them and ask if an IPA is being sought.

The links below should help you know if you have a IPA especially the NED CAB calculator.

This is what they use but but we always say don't put exactly the same figures as the OR will smell and rat and go through your SOA, with a fine tooth comb. If your expenses are higher than the figures below do put that down and as long as you have all receipts these may then be accepted.

me and OH going bankrupt debts are unsecured and my debts are in my name OH are in hers she has no income and i pay our Household expentiture OH does not work if an income payment order is issued will it be just my debt on the ipo or both
