i wouldnt be suprised if her demeanor totally threw the night receptionist and he was a little embarrassed

other than informing her that two other local premier inns were also fully booked it must have been very hard to not ask her what ive already asked in this very thread lol

They're saying that because the OP didn't phone up for a hotel on the train she deserved to spend the night sleeping on the streets of Dorchester.

In addition without permissions from a senior manager a premier inn receptionist doesn't have the ability to phone alternative hotels to try and find somewhere for her to stay, and even if they did get permission they have no ability to find the phone number of these alternative hotels.

The gist is that there are a lot of people on this thread who would not do anything at all to help someone in trouble.

They are terrible terrible people....
