My wife makes her own Greek yogurt. There are two big tubs of it festering under a towel in the kitchen right now.

I tend to buy my G yogurt in either Lidl or Aldi, they used to have huge tubs in Lidl, really nice yogurt, but they stopped them about 6 months ago, Iceland has a nice one Lakeland I think it`s called, but I have to rely on my friend to get it as I don`t shop there.
Do I need it or just want it.
  • I've currently got the lid! One might try the Aldi

I just put say a quarter, cut in half in food processer stalk an all, blitz, then scrape out with a spatula, 7/8 mins in micro. Then rinse the processer out under running water.

  • Hummm so many reports of it being a faf on the internet that doesn't seem that bad.
Been really craving carbs after no rice, pasta, bread or potatoes for ages, gave in and made a pie with left overs today.

Thoroughly recommend Aldi Greek Yoghurt. White tubs about 500ml. But I have never tried shopping in Lidl yet.

It`s simple with a processor, perhaps they were doing it by hand chopping.
I have really slipped the last week so back tomorrow, posting my meals,
