Sundays meal 1169 cals, but 91 carbs, sweet potatoes again, I hate throwing away food so will cook them in some fashion and freeze,
Monday had some home made faggots with homemade cauli cheese, with some forest fruit and yoghurt later, then my choc, todays total 1373 cals and 53 carbs, down 3lb on scales today.

I'm back on the low carb wagon as of yesterday. My wife is too.

I watched some diet programme last night where somebody ate just eggs and spinach for two weeks and lost a stone. My mum tried it back in the early 80's and almost lost the will to live.

Went a bit M.I.A. yesterday and this morning, think the lunch invite for Sat is playing on my mind, my neighbour who is diet obsessed has invited another friend and myself to a birthday lunch, she will not cater for me, so expect it to be carb loaded, as I am providing the meat cooking it as well I think I will be bloody minded and refuse anything carb heavy.
Yesterday was 1378 cals and 75 carbs, sigh, today I hope lower overall will update when completed.

I am very new at this and am scared of carbs in everything right now! I had under 30g carbs and 1340 cals today carbs was mainly from milk in coffee and carbs in sausages. I NEED to read labels these were just some in freezer.

I got some kale and green beans shopping today spinach and mushrooms too so adding them to my food tomorrow.

It`s the fillers or to put it more bluntly, the stuff they put in that`s cheaper than meat, breadcrumbs, rusk etc.
Look for the better quality higher meat content, Specially selected etc, I buy most of mine in Aldi or Lidl, Cumberland or Lincolnshire I think, NOT the ones with onion or apple added, read the packaging, I recall someone mentioning Aldi have some reasonable carb count in the freezer 20 or so in a bag, didn`t check them out though.

Coffee x4 with semi skimmed milk 200 mls throughout the day

    Cheese string

    125 g 5%fat mince with 30g onion, 50g spinach and 100g mushrooms with 15 g parmesan cheese cooked in 5g coconut oil

30g unsalted peanuts, cashew and almonds

I haven't weighed myself since before Christmas and don't plan to until the end of the month when hopefully some of the extra pounds will have come and gone.

As a tip for anybody using Greek yogurt, the Tesco one in the 1kg rectangular pack is much nicer, thicker, than the half kilo packs. Plus much cheaper at £1.55 rather than 90p x 2 for the smaller ones.
