X duvessa X I found that I lost weight on an average of 50g a day, never worried if it was over or under by a few, as depending on meal some would be lower/higher.
I personally kah22 never followed a "diet" I just stopped eating, bread, potatoes, rice and pasta never a huge eater of either, and never a cake eater too. I just tweaked my menu to lower carb choices.Do I need it or just want it.0 -

Forgot my meal yesterday keeping me accountable, it was a recipe I found hamburger pie or something like it was called, fried some turkey mince, recipe called for beef, onions and garlic, set aside, mix cream cheese and egg to make a sauce pour over meat mix, sliced a mozzarella ball and laid on top, bake until browning and bubbling, served with some celeriac mash I had, all came to 783 cals and 25 carbs, had an egg custard later and my 4 squares of choc.
Today has been a disruptive day going to have a pork tenderloin with swede and yet more celeriac, you must realise by now I love it, mashed fried in butter, roasted or even as oven fries, ended up eating 200g of brie and my usual egg custard and choc, todays totals 1173 cals and 12 carbsDo I need it or just want it.0 -

I suppose it depends on the office set up, if temptation proves too great think of some snacks, boiled eggs cheese sticks etc, I will bring forward the recipes from the original thread starter, some nice ideas on there.

Continuing the weekend I made a gammon meal in the slow cooker, from left over gammon piece I had frozen, splash of coke zero, carrots, parsnips, leeks and swede, then I had some fancy cheese and grapes later, all this ended up being 1500 cals and 60 carbs, most of it on the cheese and grapes, glad most of it gone.Do I need it or just want it.0
