Thanks @MrsStepford, I am aware of the difference between keto and low carb, but, I have found that even if I eat just 0 carb foods, and I can easily eat meat in vast quantities, or if I buy cream, half a tub over a few raspberries to use it up, and  I go way over 1200 cals, I just don`t lose any weight. I suppose it`s the classic what works for one will not work for another, so I use butter freely, restrict cheese, no cream, I never eat "sausage rolls, pies of any description or cakes", also rice, IF I have pasta I quite like the low carb one from Aldi, but again not a popular choice for me, I like seeded breads, Burgen linseed and soy a favourite but Adi or Lidl super seeded is more easily available, a loaf will last about a month,

  • Great low-card dish I've found is pork chop, pan-fried asparagus and white cabbage. Easy and tasty!

I love steamed Hispi cabbage (pointed) sliced thinly steamed, then a teaspoon of caraway seeds mixed through, had a rough few days as laid up with my back, so not exactly to my plan, whatever I can get quickly as standing up very painful. I don`t think I went very far adrift, taking it easy today still, roast pork beans and cauli on the menu.

Welcome @luvchocolate on our Low carb journey, I would love to see some new food ideas. We all struggle at times, just stick with it, I lost 4 st, regained some during lockdown, but now trying to get back to my goal, if only because I have nothing to wear, all my clothes are too tight.
