Morning
How is everyone doing?
Am back with low carb. 19lb lighter than my heaviest but still with a lot to loose. Have 4st 8lb to loose just to get to overweight category! Am wondering if I can achieve this for the New Year? Plan is to find more recipes, significantly cut down alcohol and to exercise.
Fingers crossed.
Anyone else got any goals this year?

I am 10st 12lb now from 13st 4lb, since Easter, I am feeling more energised, skin good, just all round general health, I am 65 Boxing Day, I try to stay 30 carbs or less per day using myfitnesspal, If I could get to 10st 7lb by my birthday, and maintain it, I would be very happy, a comfortable size 14 now.Do I need it or just want it.0

Can you just explain or take a bag of shopping in?
Hopefully the company will make up for it regardless.
