harrisondeep, do you mean for you whilst pregnant/ breastfeeding, or do you mean to feed a baby going on solids. either way I have no idea you would need to consult a professional I think.

This thread has gone very quiet, I am having tremendous success, feeling healthier, enjoying my food regime, down to 11st 1lb this morning.

I'm in maintenance mode now, fluctuating between about 9.2 and 9.5. At worst was 10.7 18 months ago, been low carbing for 15 months. Pretty easy most of the time.

  • Morning

    How is everyone doing?

Am back with low carb. 19lb lighter than my heaviest but still with a lot to loose. Have 4st 8lb to loose just to get to overweight category! Am wondering if I can achieve this for the New Year? Plan is to find more recipes, significantly cut down alcohol and to exercise.

    Fingers crossed.

Anyone else got any goals this year?

I am 10st 12lb now from 13st 4lb, since Easter, I am feeling more energised, skin good, just all round general health, I am 65 Boxing Day, I try to stay 30 carbs or less per day using myfitnesspal, If I could get to 10st 7lb by my birthday, and maintain it, I would be very happy, a comfortable size 14 now.

Away at friends and family for 2weeks, fine when l get to my daughters as they eat very well, but a week with my carb dependant DIABETIC friend first, she doesn't/won't cook, sandwiches, biscuits, cakes are her staple diet, hey ho, will do what I can to mitigate, had a shop bought pasta meal last night when I arrived.

Can you just explain or take a bag of shopping in?

Hopefully the company will make up for it regardless.
