The calorie limits don't need to be adhered to precisely. It's not that exact a science. All that matters is that you eat substantially less on the fast days than you normally would so that you end up with a deficit over the course of a week, or month.0

Another fast day today. Also weigh in day and I lost 1lb 11oz. Very pleased with that. 12lb in total now. Some of this was probably aided by having a sickness bug at the end of last week, but a loss is a loss! Has put me of quorn, noodles and beansprouts though!
Today's menu is:-
B - Coffee 26
D - Microwave chicken meal - 274
S - Options - 40
Still have about 160 if I get hungry which I know I will be after such a small dinner (just can't face any more stirfrys for now), so I might have a packet of Monster Munch and a WW yogurt.Pink Sproglettes born 2008 and 2010

My last chance to weigh before my holiday, not a whole week unfortunately and I've put on a pound.

Don't let it get you down. I am at a plateau I think at the moment and just am not feeling it so much. Think I will stay at this weight for a few weeks and then hopefully have a "whoosh." Just have to make sure I don't blow it when I don't see the numbers going down!Pink Sproglettes born 2008 and 2010

No, I am not upset. Having to wear a belt on my new cropped trousers yesterday gives a boost.
And I found it easy to say water instead of wine at dinner yesterday. That's something I'd never have done on holiday before.Member #14 of SKI-ers club

Evening all. Great to read all the positive reports.
Will be starting this next week fingers crossed for the challenge!
I will eat the same thing on every fast day, so I don't have to think about it too much!
Any comments on the calorie count below? I'm just winging it really!
Breakfast, tea/coffee black. 0
Snack, Oxo or Bovril two cups 30
Lunch - Soup (sorry it's a packet but it's got the calories stated!) 88
Dinner, small tin of tuna in brine, two small poached eggs and broccoli. 350
And the usual water + black teas coffee as needed.0 -
Sounds good.
I'm having a disaster at the moment. On a USA tour, so finding it difficult to get any sort of vegetarian meals.
Will be at DS's place next week, so back on track.Member #14 of SKI-ers club

I lost another lb this week, so 13lb in total, but for some reason just not feeling it this week. I do weigh every day (I know, I know) and 4lb have mysteriously appeared which isn't helping my motivation.
But I am sticking to the fasts still and I am going away next Wednesday. To fit in two fasts next week, I am going to do a B2B on Monday and Tuesday and hoping the thought of my lovely all inclusive holiday on Wednesday will help me stick to it.
I will miss one fast (the following Monday) overall, but hoping that by it only being one that I will carry on the fasting after my holiday (as it all went wrong last time!).Pink Sproglettes born 2008 and 2010

I was on holiday last week, didn't do fast days and had plenty of ice cream. Gained 5lb! Whoops. Had my 2 fast days this week already but need to go back to stricter other days of the week for a bit I think. Also exercising again. It's been too hot this week so far! Midweek it's looking like I'll lose some of my holiday weight at least...Trying to lose weight (13.5lb to go)0
