    You're welcome, triangle.

It's the easiest diet ever. Do you have the book? Michael Mosley's advice is so sound, especially the point about much of our eating being habitual.

I've just taken advantage of Debenham's sale to buy two pairs of trousers and two dresses in size 12. Feel great!

    9st 10lb + a sneaky little 1/4!

Feeling really good. This is so easy. If you can't have something today, you know you can have it tomorrow! By then you've often changed your mind.

Been out for lunch on Tuesday, dinner of Wednesday. Wine and pudding. Still lost a pound.

The thread has gone quiet. I forgot to post my last loss - a pound again and today another.

It's getting expensive having to buy new trousers! Tops are still fine.

    How's everyone else doing?

    Still here, still 5:2-ing :)

My weight is stable now and has been for a while. Because I've lost so much weight (7.5s stone-ish), I have some issues with loose skin. It's not too bad (or I have a high tolerance for body issues;)), but I've been humming and hawing about getting some surgery to remove it.

I went for a consultation this week and the woman said "Normally, people who come in for abdominoplasty also get liposuction, but you're not a candidate for liposuction as you won't have any real fat left if the loose skin is removed". Maybe shouldn't have, but it made me :D

Well done, angry bear! Do you feel better, too?

That's ironic about the loose skin operation, isn't it.

    Wow! That's very impressive!

I am feeling the need for more exercise than a two hour tai chi class now. We did a walk yesterday, quite flat and it seemed that we bounced along! Especially fast on the way back as I needed the loo!

That sounds good. I certainly tried to have a 6:1 life, but rate,y succeeded - apart from those long holidays that teachers are meant to have. :)

Hi, I am interested in this too. I have started this diet along with a friend but I am finding it a bit difficult and confusing though I want to stick with it. I am not overweight but my weight goes on my stomach and I would like to reduce this and do the diet for health benefits also. The diet states you can eat normally on non fasting days, does this mean you can eat sweet things and basically what you want or eat these on a reduced level? Also what do you eat and how often on your fast days, what drinks do you have? I love my milky coffees, don't like tea and don't drink much water. So far I have done two fasting days and have felt very weak and off colour but I have been working at the time, the first day I ate nothing at all until teatime, though I did have drinks, so I think I need to eat more throughout the day but how often? Also I do like to eat out and its part of my social life so as long as I do my two fast days per week I assume its OK to eat out and just enjoy whats on the menu? Also how do you go on during holidays and Christmas? Sorry for the all the questions by the way.
