My DIL measured my height on the boys' wallchart and I've found that I'm 5'3" rather than half an inch less.

I've just checked my BMI, only to find that I'm in the healthy range!

I couldn't input half an inch, so what a difference an inch had made!

    I'm still aiming for 9st 7lbs, though.

    Well done you!!

I was in Florida last year and lost 2.5lbs, which I attributed to all the walking because I had everything on the menu!

    Weighed this morning - 138.8lbs!

    Yippee! That's a loss of 1 &1/2 lbs and would show as 9st 13lbs I think.

It was 4:3 this week and same again next as I am on holiday the week after.

Lost 0.7kg this week and it was generally ok. As usual the third day is tough but not impossible. Feeling a bit bored with what I eat at the moment so might try some new dishes.

Have you got any of Mimi's recipe books, Walcott?

We photocopied our favourites and brought them to the USA with us. Had the couscous with tofu yesterday. Got DS loving it, too.

    137.4lbs this morning!

You know, it's so easy while I'm in the USA, as I don't like most of the food! :D

Well, back home now and a weigh on my own scales!

    9st 12lbs! That's from a start of 11st 1 &1/2lbs on 25th April!

And I can't believe how easy it's been. OH and I have just changed our eating habits and found that our appetites have reduced enormously.

I haven't seen my sister since before 5:2, so I can't wait for her reaction.
