    Lost another 1lb,

    That's 13 in 8 weeks.

I'm going to fast Monday, Wednesday and Friday this week. So Monday is done, and Wednesday isn't far away!!

I'm also going to try and squeeze in daily exercise, no matter how little!

Me again! I had a "whoosh." I lost 3 1/2 lbs! So chuffed with that! I have been good on NFDs too though.

    I've lost 9lb in 6weeks.

Hungry now though. It's a fast day and all I've had is a coffee and an oxo cube.

Have a fish pie for dinner with stirfry and I found some spiralised BNS in Morrisons, so having that too.

    Then an options after dinner.

Had almost 2 1/2 litres of water too.

Consecutive fast days for the first time this week, as we're busy. Had breakfast at 1 when I came home from tai chi.

Will have a Sainsburys Be Good to Yourself pasta dish soon.

Not at all hungry. My water consumption has lapsed though, as I'm not hungry.

OH has now lost 2 stone and is looking, and feeling, much better!

I lost a pound this week.the consecutive days fasts went well and yesterday I made a big crunchy feta salad for my visitor, with rolls. I just had one, she ate two!

Unfortunately, she brought cakes for dessert, so I ate one for courtesy. We'll do a semi-fast today. Fasting food, but we are at our wine tasting group tonight. Not much wine, but some nibbles.

DS will be here from the USA tomorrow! Can't wait for his reaction when he sees his dad! He probably won't notice my loss, my thin face never changes.

Another fast day and although I'm hungry at 12.42pm and won't be eating till 6pm, I am in the zone and will stick to it.

I have made sure what I am having for my dinner is something that I will look forward to - a prawn curry from Waitrose, yum!

My friend who got on the train with me this morning said that my trousers look baggier, so that's an incentive to carry on if people start noticing. I've only lost 9lb, but I'm not tall and don't have a lot to lose.

Only two meals today, but my elderly neighbour and I have had a bottle of wine between us while we watch the Wales England game. We won it, so have to drink it.

    Admission, I had most. :o

Last week's 4:3 went without incident so have decided to continue for 2 more weeks. Thursday was slightly tricky as work decided to have the England game on in the canteen and had lots of crisps and peanuts there. But didn't have any. Went to a wedding on Saturday but didn't do too bad and reduced calories to 1200 yesterday just in case. Lost 1kg last week and visibly look thinner so 4:3 is pushing things along.

Monday, Wednesday and Thursday this week. Today might be difficult as I didn't eat a lot yesterday but have a plan for tomorrow which will make Wednesday and Thursday easier.

DS was here on a flying visit between London and Madrid business trips, so had the whole family on Saturday. Ate and drank well, although meal, was health.

I'm going to do 4:3 this week. I'd like to be under 10 stone before our holiday.

OH is finding the football a bit hard, too. Strange thing, he can't watch Wales playing without a drink.

    Another 1lb off!

That's the stone now, in 9 weeks.

I did 4;3 this week, but I did overeat, crisps, chocolate etc on Saturday and Sunday!!!

    So I am delighted!

I think I will do 4;3 again this week because I am going out on Saturday night, damage limitations! I'm thinking maybe either Wednesday or Thursday, and Friday and Monday.
