Good luck with your long day, piglet. We have used the recipes in Michael Mosley's book and the follow up on written by Mimi Spencer. Lots of great recipes.
Using brown rice is far more filling.Member #14 of SKI-ers club

Another fast day and again, stupidly drank last night. Not too much, but still makes a fast day harder.
My plan for today is (pretty much the same as every fast day, haha):-
B - Coffee - 26
L - Fruit Tea - 2 (as I forgot Oxo Cubes and was going to try that today).
D - Microwave Meal - 348 (I have a few in the freezer, but think I'll have Korma)
Mushrooms / Peppers / Beanspouts - ... (will weigh them later).
S - Options - 40
I'm still in the zone and counting calories on non fast days.Pink Sproglettes born 2008 and 2010

I just keep an eye on calories on NFDs. Today we wanted to go into the city for the Debenhams sale and to get dollars, so I had to eat breakfast earlish. I had bran flakes and half a banana and had nothing since.
We normally go to Bella Italia or somewhere but we're just not hungry. What Michael,Mosley says is quite right, much eating is out of habit.
I'm having a Sainsbury Be Good to Yourself meal and OH finishing yesterday's sliced aubergine curry with a chicken breast.
He has just got into some trousers which were too small before.Member #14 of SKI-ers club

Well done him!! I know I get such a buzz from that!
I have come to notice this more and more over the past five weeks.. I was eating so much just because it was 1pm or 6pm or whatever the case was, I was also eating through boredom, thirst, etc etc.
And although I did loss over 6stone in a year at slimming world, I dont think I learned anything about being hungry because of the volume of food allowed on that plan!0 -
I must admit that, although I wasn't hungry, I did miss the social side of having a meal and a glass of wine in town yesterday.
Still, it's worth it and I bought some holiday clothes from Debenhams sale.
Different sort of treat.Member #14 of SKI-ers club

Today was a fast day, went well, but I don't think I drank enough, I dont have a sore head or anything, but I have no water today, just tea and coffee.
Will definitely drink plenty tomorrow0 -

Not a happy bunny! I have put on a pound!
Bloody well unbelievable. Apart from that piece of cake, small, I had on Monday when visiting, I have stuck assiduously to my fast days, with little more on non fast!
I did wear a very tight pair of jeans yesterday without the previous hired muffin top, which I was pleased with.Member #14 of SKI-ers club
