I've only lost a pound! Disappointed, but I don't take enough exercise, clearly.

I'm currently getting no exercise either, apart from my job just. Need to get more walking in!!

One pound ain't so bad, you know one pound a week, is 4 stone in a year!

Good luck with the week ahead!

I did have a brisk walk today. Two funerals, would you believe!

OH was supposed to pick me up after the first. I rang up, only to hear that he'd just got out of the shower! So, a full pelt walk home, including our steep hill. I had to change for the second.

No cake or scones at the funeral tea.

    I've been Money Tipped!
Been doing 5:2 for just under a year now.

This weekend has been a real boost.

1 - I put on a pair of trousers Saturday which I bought in October and haven't worn since Christmas. They were skin tight when I bought them, they are now baggy all over with a gaping waistband.

2 - for the 1st time ever, my husband weighs more than me! OH is of slight build and I've always been chubby so this is a real achievement for me!!!!

Am going to keep on it as the lifestyle is so ingrained now. Be encouraged if you've just started.

I feel that I've changed my eating completely. Today, I had a load of salad, about four wedges and three 'quarter' sandwiches. No desert of any type. Previously I'd have tucked in.

Score so far is only three pounds in three weeks. :(

I usually do Monday's and Wednesday's and have no problems on diet days. Today however I had meetings 9-12 and there was a bit of stomach rumbling even though I don't feel hungry :embarasse

Another fast day for me. Struggling a weensy bit, but it's my own fault. I had wine last night and I usually try and avoid alcohol before a fast day.

So will plod on today and just remember not to do it in future. Will make sure I stick to the fast as a kind of punishment, haha.

    Today's menu is:-

    B - Coffee - 26
    D - Microwave meal - 380 ish (I keep a few in my freezer)
    Peppers - 15
    Salad - 28
Beansprouts (if I can grab some on way home from work) - ... (don't know calories, but can't be that much!).

NFD today, but I had breakfast at 10.30ish, then no need for lunch. Been to the cinema on the meerkats.

Sweet potato wedges, broccoli and an omelette tonight.

Walked down town and back. I might weigh agsin on Friday after our Thursday fast.
