Good evening everyone!
My goodness, you lot can natter! It's taken me ages to catch up!
I'm pleased to report a loss of 4lb at the end if my first week. I'm very pleased with that...but I am going on holiday this week and am not sure how I will cope with sticking to plan whilst away?!
I'm a bit annoyed with myself for my lack of planning today. Had 1 piece of wholemeal toast for breakfast with low fat spread and jam. Banana mid morning snack. Lunch was good as I had premade a syn free bolognaise. However, I was late home so tonights meal ended up being sweet and sour out of a jar with rice, spring rolls, won tons etc. I haven't added up the syns, but certainly got none left over this evening! I didn't even enjoy it that much!
I was just about to give up completely and grab some crisps from the kitchen. But I realised though that I have only had half my hexb allowance and not much milk, so instead tucked into a shredded wheat with milk and sliced banana. Really pleased that I didnt give in to temptation.
Will start writing a meal plan for tomorrow now so I can have a better day.0 -

Well done WelshKitty on your loss:T
Take care of yourself TIE, as Shala said focus on the end result, I know there is nothing like tooth pain but its such a relief when the blighter is out
Welcome to the thread !!!!!! (cool name btw), well done on reaching your club10 and your weight loss so far. I have a holiday in July that is my main focus at the moment. It's only 21 weeks away I would love to lose another 2.5 stone by then. This thread is brilliant for support, so keep posting. Although the thread moves quickly I like many others read every single post and comment where I can.
Another day 100% on plan today, I received a nice text from my consultant telling me if I stick to plan this week my stone award will be mine!!!! I'm not that bloody optimistic and will quite happily settle for a 0.5lb loss - but its nice to know she has some faith in me!!!
Hope everyone is doing ok and enjoying their weekend.
Oh thanks again to shala for doing the chart - much appreciated0 -
Evening all
Another good day for me todayI managed to resist OH's flatbread at tea time
he kept trying to tempt me but I stood firm
and when I forgot to take my Hi-Fi bar to the cinema I nipped into Morrisons and got some fresh fruit salad instead.. I just keep thinking that it's 3 weeks until sponsors dinner and 7 weeks until the ball  although I don't know why I'm panicking as I put my new size 16 jeans on tonight and I can't keep the sodding things up
Today's menu.
B: HEXB Tesco Wheat Biscuits with HEXA s/s and chopped banana, coffee with remainder of HEXA milk
L: Mixed crunchy salad with BM tikka chunks, 2 bananas, pint of NAS cordial
Litre of Volvic while walking (the heat! Oh my god I needed it)
T: Pasta bolognaise with extra lean mince and WW roasted garlic pasta sauce (4 syns)
Big bowl of fresh rasps and strawberries with 2x Mullerlight, pint of cordial
Snack: SW crisps made from 1 x potato and some BBQ Frylight
S: tropical fruit salad (melon, kiwi, pineapple, mango) Co-op Cheese Twist (2 syns) can of Pepsi max
And I'm still a bit peckish so I'm going to have a BBQ Beef MugShot and a Hi-Fi Rocky Road bar (3 syns)
Total syns: 9
Body magic: total 4.2 miles walking

Good morning.
Thank you everyone for your support this week.
First weigh in and 5 pounds off!!! shala_moo ~ could you put this on the chart please?
I'm really pleased with this and it's given me the motivation to carry on.
I've emailed SW and asked them to change my weigh in date to Fridays. I don't want my weigh in to be on a Sunday! Therefore not sure if I will have a long wait to my next weigh in.
Thanks
