    Thanks guys!!
Mildredd – You are too kind!! Lol A bin bag – could you imagine J - might bring the market to a halt!! Think I’ll just wear a nice bright jumper and scarf – go for the casual look xx Full details will of course be shared lol.
Awh I hope you enjoy your night tonight – you’ll look great – you are a new woman after all!! I hope its people that haven’t seen you in a while as they will be shocked at your transformation!!
Beanielou – I might put the feelers out re the consultant thing soonish though at the the minute I’m working 40 hours so just not sure where I would factor in it – but definitely something I’d be interested in finding more out about whats involved etc!!
Looking forward to getting home and getting my wee stirfry on the go J xx
  • Tazzyb, good luck with the drive!!

Mrs R I shall do my best to seek you out at the walk, just look for the frazzled Mummy with 2 boys in tow and that'll be me .

Lantanna, how exciting about your date!! Good luck!!

Applepad, are there any days when you would feel up to batch cooking so you will always have easy access to things on plan? Or perhaps stick things in the slow cooker so you can have food on tap without much effort?

Maddywaddy, I'm sorry for your week one gain. Did you wear the same clothes to get weighed in as you did last week? Could it be hormones or water retention? Had you had a large meal before weigh in? Did you fill in a food diary and get it checked incase there was something you had misunderstood about the plan? Do I ask too many questions lol :p?
It might just be catch up from the week before you joined though. Keep at it Xx

Meant to say that the bad news of the week(or not) is that we now have a Krispy Kreme outlet near us  :rotfl:

Lantanna and Daisy, I'm so excited for you both! I especially love the date at a Food Market, I would be so impressed with that suggestion.

Can't wait to hear all about your dates on Monday :) xxx

Lantanna I reckon a food market is a pretty good choice for a first date! Plenty of things to make conversation about, safe because lots of people about . . . . all sorts of things going for it really, and perhaps not too 'datey'? That's not a real word is it, hope you know what I mean!! Go with the flow and see where it leads - could be anywhere or nowhere, but the journey will still be interesting.

Having a good few days again. Colleagues kindly bought me a cake for Friday Cakes - and I 'shared' it with others in a different office. Helpfully, I shared it by giving it all away. . . think I got away with that without offending anyone.

What height are you Becks if you don't mind me asking? I'm 5.4 and 11stone 9lbs - the thinnest I've ever been as an adult:eek:

According to my BMI - 10.6 would only put me in the healthy weight range - whenever I tell people I've over a stone to go they look at me horrified lol

I wish I could direct where it came off - my shoulders, neck and chest bone are getting a bit too skinny but I still have my flipping belly!
lantana I'm 5ft 5 so just an inch taller then you, I would be soooooo happy at 11stone 9lbs. I (as an adult) can not remember being under 13 stone. I think I went from age 14 in C&A to size 16 at BHS (showing my age a bit here) I have always been big, at school I was chunky and kept being told it was puppy fat and I would grow out of - lol it never happened. That's why my target may seem quite high to some people. I would love to set 10 stone something for my target, but I know I would be forever chasing it and getting myself all worked up.

As I have said I will see what happens when I get down to 12stone 7, who knows by then I could become an expert at losing weight and want more.

At the end of the day you then have to try at target which is not easy for every one. I think it is about feeling more comfortable in yourself.
Although I am technically at target I am still 'overweight' ~~ I cant loose it where I want to now & I don't want to loose more in other places. In any case I still look in the mirror & see someone 'fat' & unattractive.

    I'm 5ft 6 and 11st 3, which apparently means I'm 1lb under the top weight for 'normal' but I don't feel it.

I'd ideally like to be about 10 stone, any lighter and I look drawn.
