    Hello
May i join you lovely lot please?
I started slimming world in January and have lost 1 stone 6 lbs and received my club ten on Thursday.
I always stay to class but dont get very motivated by my consultant, she seems to have her friends there and doesnt really bother with anyone she doesnt know well, so I am feeling a little bit unsupported.
I have a holiday in July I am aiming for so am going to keep up with the programme.
Hope you all have a lovely weekend :D

Think I am going to rejoin and go back to class on Mon, if I am up to driving that is.
It's my son's birthday today and we are going to an all you can eat place on Sun.
Might do a few green days in with EE as I'm not a big meat eater, my consultant is EE all the way and told me I had to have 1/3 veg/salad on a green day, which I never had before and still got to target.
My home shopping is coming on Mon so I have put some SW friendly stuff in my trolley.

Quick question I have some Quaker oats porridge sachets the fruit ones, any idea on syns?

Depending on which fruit that's 6 or 6.5 syns per sachet!

It's strange how consultants seem reluctant to talk about anything but EE. It's really not the best plan for veggies or people who aren't big meat eaters. Green doesn't say you must have a third of SF but I think it's good advice although definitely not essential.

Welcome:). Shame about your consultant but it's not uncommon. You've made an excellent start since January, almost at 1.5 stone. Do you have much to lose?

    An EE day for me:
B: NAS Ribena, baked beans, HEB toast
L: I think I might make some frittata/hash as I love the stuff. So eggs, ham, potatoes, peppers, spring onion, mushrooms, tomatoes and anything else I can think of!
D: baked cod with roasted veg (onion, tomato and pepper) and some form of SW potato
Syns: scrape of spread, weekend wine!:j

Focus on how lovely it will be to be pain free after the extraction rather than the extraction itself... that's how I got through my root canal..

Massive sympathy for you, it's a horrendous pain xxx
