Good luck for Sunday! Think you're right about saving syns for then - food markets can have all sorts of yummy foods and they certainly won't be SW friendly! Enjoy.

Has anyone had a good weight loss with SW while d/w depression? All I ever seem to want to do is eat!
I have had success with SW in the past but I could do lots of walking then and now due to illness, some days I don't even have the mobility to put my own knickers on!
In the past have thought SW not the best plan as I'm a greedy pig and being able to eat unlimited amounts is not helping me with my portion size.
Any suggestions please?0 -
