Whats the problem Cherry? You have done so well up to now. Are you finding it hard to stick to the plan, or are you sticking to the plan but not losing?

Don't throw in the towel, don't undo the fab losses you've had so far. If this isn't working for you, maybe something else will?

My first week is going really quickly! The Shape 0% fat yoghurts are nice. I've been putting them in the freezer :)

Thank you macpep1 for the eating out advice. xx

    2lbs off at WI :j:j:j:j:j:j

Wasn't expecting that at all so delighted. Treated myself to a baked potato with melted cheese and tuna mayo for tea, absolutely stuffed now. Definitely doing the superspeed week next week, going to try and have 10 speed / superspeed foods a day, plus have committed to walk at least 4 miles at least 5 times next week. Bring it on!!!!

Hi all, well done on the losses guys :A, congrats on all the good news, big, big hugs for those with sad news & hugs for those in need :A

Went to Dr to pick up meds and thought will book appointment to get tummy probs sorted, first appointment 26th march . Ok will see different Dr, first appointment 21st march . So fed up.

Would have been my lovely Dads birthday today to popped to cemetery after work, shed a few tears but had hubby there for big hugs :A.

Had some nice lunches this week, salady bits, boiled egg, mayo (full fat ) & rice noodles. So nice not to have tummy pain after eating :j. Evening meal is a different matter, so worried about pain daren't eat. Must get this sorted once and for all. Usually have breadsticks with a coffee when I get in but get pains so didn't have any yesterday and today - no pain:D. Forgot and had spaggy hoops, in pain now :(. Looking more and more like a gluten problem. Determined to get it sorted now.

    Keep the faith all :A
Its not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T

    Hello everyone.

Well done, losers. Hugs for everyone - everyone needs a hug even if the don't mention it.

    Thursday's plan
Another, "That's astonishing - it's what I actually had," occasion.
Breakfast: fry up bacon, egg, mushrooms & tomatoes
Lunch: 2 daiirylea light cheese (3) & pepper hexb sandwich with rocket plus clementine and grapes
Dinner: pizza topped chicken with chips (SW mag) with rocket and cucumber salad -lovely, even although I had a daft turn and put the hexa cheese on BEFORE the tomato sauce (made with red onion, orange pepper, tomatoes
Total (so far) - 3 syns

    Friday's plan
    Breakfast: cereal & fruit
Lunch: HM leek & potato soup
Dinner: bangers & mash & (maybe) onion gravy with broccoli

    Best foot forward, everyone.
