It's WI again this morning. Have had a reasonably good week so expecting a STS or perhaps a small loss. Will be happy with either as am slap bang in the middle of the target range.
Will post meal plan later as no idea what I'll have for lunch as need to go shopping after Group so hopefully will pick something up in SM.

Daisy – Fantastic news re the job. Well done!
Congrats Beanie Lou on getting to be debt free – that’s my other target in life at the min lol
Luckylegs – Congrats on your job news as well! J
Saint Chris – Primark depresses me as I’m a 16 in there if something is fitted and a 12 or 14 if not – but there seems to be no rhyme or reason to it so I just don’t go in anymore!!
Mrs Ryan – Just take your time to grieve and go easy on yourself - thinking of you.
Out of funds and Becks – Congrats – Fab losses
Well my little legs are aching today, I went to the gym last night and did 5 k in 45 mins on the treadmill on a gradient walking very fast - sweat was lashing off me and then 5k in 15 mins on the bike – so 6 miles / 10 k overall.
Had a great nights sleep last night but tired today.
Time of the month has just arrived so will probably have a small gain tonight or sts as usually do but hey sure.
Today I’m having Yogurt & Fruit and a Mug shot as this is always what I have before a weigh in. Still think I’ll have a Chinese tonight – but who knows I might change my mind xx

Hey everyone,
Quickly zipping on before I have to zip off again.
Beanie - congratulations! Great achievement.
Daisy - congratulations on the job. I've heard back from one I applied for, and had to submit another application form, and my CV again. They don't sound like the most organised place - so they could do with me!!
Luckylegs - great news on your hours!
Becks & Outoffunds - brilliant losses!
I had my WI yesterday morning, and lost -1lb I was a bit disappointed, because on Monday my scales showed a 2.5lb loss, which would have been my usual WI day. Hey ho. I did have a KFC on Monday night, and a piece of apple pie on Saturday, so I guess they've landed on my hips rather quickly!
Lots of body magic to be had today though, because I'm helping one of my sons move house today, so tomorrow I may well be a physical wreck!
No idea what my food plan may be today after lunch, as haven't a clue what we will be able to grab, and not sure I have anything to take along with me eitherWe'll muddle through I'm sure, but if it's fast food, I'll flexi-syn the day, and make it up over the next few days. Sometimes you just can't really plan around an unplanned day. I'm not going to impose my diet stresses on my son, who at 20 is amazing me with his organisation, and drive. He is SO excited about getting his new place, and bearing in mind before Christmas he was in a pretty bad place, mentally, but it's all down to him pulling up his socks, getting a job, and being proactive in making changes. Good to know he listened to his old mummy in the end, eh?
Right, off to find him some curtains, and other bits and bobs to help him out. Have a great day everyone.
Shala, thanks very much for doing the chart. One day the clocks will stop, and time won't mean a thing
Be nice to your children, they'll choose your care home0 -
I'm going for a meal at either Wetherspoons or Harvester next week. Is there anything that is SW friendly there, please?
With Harvester you get the salad bar free as well, I would go for steak & jacket potato just allowing a little for the oil the steak is cooked in, I love Harvester & prefer that to Wetherspoons, last time in Wetherspoons I had the sweet chilli noodles with breast of chicken, only 1 syn (I think) & synned 2 for chicken for any oil it was cooked in.:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
Just some questions I noticed about the challenge :
Macpep - I can't see the list at work because our server doesn't allow us to see pictures on forums - could that be why you can't see it?
Yip...thats probably why lol, I must try & log on at home tonight to see if I am blue or purple :rotfl:.
Morning All

Morning all! Seriously starting to think about starting a spreadsheet just to keep up with you all!!!!
MrsRyan, I don't know if this will be any comfort to you but when my gran died, we buried her ashes at an Abbey way up north of scotland. It was horrible day and just at the point that we put her ashes in, the sun came through the clouds and shone really brightly. I've always thought that was her telling us that she was at peace and not in any pain any more, so maybe that beautiful sunrise was something to take comfort from. I'm not religious but I do think that our loved ones don't ever really leave us because we carry them in our hearts.
Luckylegs - fab news on the contract
Becks - what a loss!!!!
Well done to everyone else and hugs for anyone who needs them. I've been to the docs this morning, seem to have a viral thing that I can't shake off. Weigh in tonight but I feel awful so I'm not really holding out any hope for it. I've decided to have a superspeed week for the next seven days to see if that kickstarts me back into action, even if I get bad news tonight I'm more determined than ever to get this weight off. Does anyone have any superspeed recipes that they would recommend?
Plan for today is green......
B: Weetabix banana milk
L: Softboiled eggs and soldiers (HEXB)no idea as of yet
Have a great day folks!!!0 -
