Well done Daisy and Beanielou! :T

I gave into peer pressure tonight and had a chinese take away! But for the first time EVER I planned what I was going to eat, allowing myself one mini spring roll and prawn toast with my meal, and I stopped when I felt full. In the past I have always had to clear my plate, so this is a huge improvement for me. I also binned the leftovers so I wont be tempted by them later on or tomorrow!

The main meal was pretty low in syns, so I dont think I've done too much damage.

Blew it a bit yesterday, was under-synning until the urge to butter my HEXB toast overtook me, so I thought hang it and had a twix as well

    Today:

Breakfast - mushroom and pepper omelette

Snack - Pineapple, strawberry and kiwi and salt & vinegar snackajacks x 2  (9 syns  I blame morning meetings)

Dinner - Tuna pasta salad (1 syn extra light mayo) and a mugshot (1 syn)

    Post run snack - banana

Tea - Super speed soup and a few SW chips I think.

Options hot chocolate (2) and HEXB Alpen light bar before bed and a stern word with myself over the snackajacks.

You're well within syns so don't beat yourself up about having the snackajacks.

Just some questions I noticed about the challenge :

Macpep - I can't see the list at work because our server doesn't allow us to see pictures on forums - could that be why you can't see it?

dooey - just give me your loss from your normal weigh-in, it makes it easier for you to just have one weight to keep check on...

Pinklady - welcome to the challenge.

tazzyb - I haven't got you down for the challenge - did you want to join in? no pressure to do so, but feel free to give me a target if you want... or I may have just missed you off the list in the first place, in which case I apologise :rotfl:

I'm going for a meal at either Wetherspoons or Harvester next week. Is there anything that is SW friendly there, please?

What sort of thing were you looking at eating - you could always have a flexi-syns and have what you want.. personally, I'd go for something like steak and a jacket potato...

Right i'm off to post the table for the challenge ... drum roll please ;)

Thank you :-) I've looked at the SW website and the Chicken Caesar Salad is 5.5 syns at Wetherspoons. I can't get it to check the Harvester Simply chicken. I was thinking if I had the Simply Chicken with a jacket potato and salad (no buttered peas!) then would that be free? Is steak and jacket free?

Thanks for your help. I'm on week 1, so finding my way.

Well done Daisy and Beanielou - great news for you both :T:j

Thanks for the updated table Shala - looking good :T

Well done everyone for our combined weight loss :T

Also a bit of news of my own... I've been told today that the 15hrs a week I've been working on an overtime basis each week for about 16 months is going to be contracted from April. This means that I will now get paid for all my hours when I take any holidays and also if I am ever off sick, aswell as my pension contibutions reflecting the hours I actually work. The way it has been has meant that if I've had any holidays or been off sick in the past I've only been getting the 15 hrs I'm contracted to not the 15 I work on overtime but now all 30 hrs will be contracted :j:j
