Pinklady, Minimins is quite a good website to use for SW syns.. you can google most things and it will come up..
I found this reply to find the wetherspoons syn values on SW website.. hope it helps
Just log in, go to 'syns online', 'search all manufacturers', click on the 'J', "J D Wetherspoon" is top of the list.Mortgage amount at 31/12/2011 £166,050 now £0 as at Sept 21 - 15yrs 4 months early.0 -
2.5 off this week
well I'm very happy this week, I forgot to put last weeks loss (I am pleased again to say) was 1lb.
In 4 weeks I've now lost 7.5lb, which gave me my half stone certificate.
It's slow coming compared to some peoples but at least it's going in the right direction.
due to work and grandchildren minding I don't always have time to post, but I do have a bit of time at work to read through.
I've been really good, and that superspeed soup is lovely and I've been making loads of it.
The 1st 2 weeks I was making all sorts of stuff and it cost me a fortune, so I cut back and went back to basice, omlett, jacket spud, curry rice, etc Weetabix for breakfast, loads of water and apples during the day, the ss soup for dinner and a nice tea, with sw pancake with blueberries and yogurt for dessert.
I've also found the aldi greek vanilla and coconut yogurts and I love them.
I find if I sit down and plan for a week it works, also I've stopped shopping weekly and stuffing loads of veg/fruit in the fridge, as it over faces me.
I nip into the supermarket/greengrocers every two days and pick up different things that I need.
thanks to you all and I look forward to another loss next week.
On another note I bought 3 dresses from primark this week a size 12, 14 and 16.......All fit like a glove.0 -

Hello everyone
I'm back from wi-fi exile :rotfl: but not for long!
Just wanted to ask- please-let-me-be-lucky, did you say your group is doing the walk round the Falcons pitch? Mum's group is doing it too and I'm coming up specially to join in so I may see you there
Not a good day sadly. Today was the day I said goodbye to my dear friend. I went over to Gloucestershire for the funeral so I left the house at 6.50 am and got back at 8.45 pm.. I've been a little naughty but I'm surprised I didn't do worse..
B: Tub of mixed fruit (kiwi, melon, mango) 2 x HEXB Rocky Road bars, coffee with HEXA skimmed, Diet Coke
Snack: Tikka chunks, ham, cheese twist (naughty but nice!)
Lunch was naughty as it was buffet food at the wake- 3 filled rolls, a hot spring roll, a little piece of fried chicken, loads of salad (not so naughty) couple of mini pork pies and mini Scotch eggs, small glass of wine, Diet Coke
Snack: Weight Watchers sweet chilli chicken wrap, 7Up Free
T: Tuna pasta with peppers, HEXB Ryvita Hint of Chilli with ham and pease pudding (did a free2go so unlimited crispbreads, cereal and bread) bowl of fresh mango chunks with cherry Mullerlight, the last of my 7Up Free.
Back on it tomorrow- have to get in training for my walk round the pitch!!I'm exhausted. My eyes are sore from crying and I have a stonking headache
it was a beautiful day with a beautiful hazy sunrise but I couldn't help thinking that for my friend there will be no more sunrises or sunsets
she was only 54 but she was so youthful and lively and I miss her so much- I find myself thinking oooh must tell her the gossip then I realise she's gone
Sorry everyone for being so miserable

Evening all!
Cngratulations Beanie and Daisy on your fab news :T:T:T
Good news about your working contract lucky legs.
Well done to all of the losers :T:T:T
Well I really do feel abit sheepish about this, but I lost 10lbs in my weigh in at my new group tonightI stuck to plan and drank like a fish, but even I was shocked at how much. So I got my first shiny in week one. Really chuffed, but can't help thinking there is something wrong, I gain and lose weight so easily I wish I could just get into a steady rhythm. My consultant warned me because of my huge loss it may be difficult to maintain or lose next week, so I know I have a tough week ahead.
Thanks for doing the chart Shala. Please can you add my 10lbs
Hope everyone is doing ok0 -
Mrs_Ryan, yes I'll be there!! How exciting we get to meet

Daisy - brill re job
Beanilou - that's fantastic
Lucky-legs - great news
Saint-Chris - I love that dress sizing! Does that mean we can all take 2 sizes off what we wear on the principle that a 12 and a 16 are the same (of course, it does not work the other way round!)
Mrs-Ryan - you are a good friend
Becks - all I can say is, "WOW!"

All life is reflected here isn't it? News of jobs and family life, and a sad day saying goodbye to a dear friend.
Back on track today and yesterday: even went to the gym tonight. Afterwards we went to a Toby Carvery (which is just over the road from the gym) and had lots of veg, and meat and a Yorkshire pud!! Useful to know it's a good choice and handy.0
