:T:TAt least in this group we can clap silently:T:T Well done on the losses.
I have been busy this morning. I decided to get organised so bought some skinless and boneless chicken thighs, trimmed the fat off as much as I could and made the buffalo marinade from the magazine and portioned them into freezer bags (1 syn per bag)
I have lean stewing steak in the slowcooker and will portion that up as well when it is cooked for easy lunches or teas.
I feel good today, I feel so much better if I am organised0 -
Afternoon all, hope everyone is well today. Just on my split shift break so popped in to post my menu...
B - 2 weetabix, banana and tea
S - Cup of soup

EM - Pork Chops (fat removed), jacket potato and vegetables with some gravy. Couple of cups of tea and or SF pop.
Probabaly end up having a Freddo Frog chocolate again if I feel the NEED for chocolate!!0 -

Have now looked at the actifry's.
From what I can see they have bumped up price to take the discount off as they certainly weren't 200 quid when I last looked.Boo is all.I am a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on Mortgage Free Wannabe & Local Money Saving Scotland & Disability Money Matters. Well the quark has been found, :j my husband found it on the side grass outside our house when he went to work this morning! All I can assume is that one of the dogs grabbed the pot out the shopping bags and tried to run off with it (they have a thing for yoghurt pots!).
Luckily there was a frost last night, so should be OK to use tonight. Though I was so excited I had a quick taste, OMG it's bitter, think I'll be adding some sweetener to it for my cheesecake!
Todays plan:
B: Oats and a shape yoghurt
L: Leftover quorn saus casserolepasta quiche- loads of veg
Dessert, CHEESCAKE!!!
I know quark is free but the lemon quark does have some syns in, it depends on what quark you have
TraceyOfficially debt free :j0 -
