STS Week 1 for the challenge please
Can't really be annoyed about that - quite thought it would be a couple of lbs on. Back on it now though.
Need a bit more planning in my world - but trying to organise a wedding in 8 weeks time, and look after my elderly aunt who has dementia, so sometimes, life gets in the way.0 -

I read regularly but don't always have time to post.
millionaire in training that is brilliant. First time I did SW my consultant (who was great) did a thing with blocks of lard as a visual comparison of lbs lost. She didn't have enough to to the 7lbs I lost on my first week
Welcome to the thread PinkLady and any other newbies
Congrats on the losses, commiserations for the gains, and hugs for those in need.
I am also STS Week 1 Challenge please
My own fault, it was my birthday last week and I have taken my eye off the ball. It could have been far worse
Back on track now although a scrappy day today - very low on food. I must make sure I eat breakfast tomorrow as that sets the tone for the rest of the day.
B - none
L - beef, veg sticks, sharon fruit
D -chicken quarter when I got in from parents evening
Snacks when I got home: corned beef - must check the syns, and a bourbon
No HexB, and I can hardly count two teaspoons of skimmed as my HexA can I?'If you have a garden and a library, you have everything you need' Marcus Tullius Cicero0 -
2lb loss for me. Thought it might have been slightly better but a loss is a loss! Time to dig out some scrummy recipes - any particular faves here that you all can suggest??

0.5lbs off for week 1 of the challenge please. Bit disappointed but considering I felt really fat today I'm just pleased it's a loss!
We've agreed in group tonight to eat at least 7 portions of speed and superspeed foods PER DAY this week. Hopefully it will cause a huge landslide loss next week! I could do with one of those! XxDebts @ LBM £23,729.31. Debts @ 08/04/2016 £0 :j
