    I've been Money Tipped!
    Morning All,

My lovely husband made me 2 none sw friendly pancakes which I have eaten (I haven't synned them either as I don't have the syns left for them! :o)

I have 22 syns to last me til Thursday and I am having naughty sausages tonight at 8 syns per sausage ... I'll just have 1 then!! Mainly because we go on holiday in 2 weeks and I have to get the freezer emptied :rotfl:

I am not sure if any of you have taken your measurements but I have done the hips, waist and bust ones and I have only lost 10lbs (I run 5k every week) and I am down 3 inch on my waist, 2 off my hips and 4 off my bust! .... Also what didn't fit now fits and what fitted are getting rather loose :) Sometimes weight loss shows in inches rather than weight especially if you are exercising x

Today is shaping up as follows
    B'Fast: Pancakes
    Lunch: Pepper Soup
Dinner: Breakfast - Bacon, Sausages, Eggs & Mushrooms :)
Snacks: Fruit (and lots of it), Ryvita minis HeB & drinks HeA for milk.

I just checked at a basic, medium sized pancake made with SS milk is 16 syns!!

Good luck with the interview daisy, and helen don't be disappointed, it's another milestone reached.

:Tdenise on having syns left over that's great after your meal at DDs on Sunday.

Thanks lantanna, I now vision of you wandering around the shops in your pants.
    ...

    Or worse!!:rotfl:

lantanna, I think you can look on that flake as a sort of closure. Reward for putting up with it all and line drawn.

I'd have your Chinese on WI day as we all know syns don't count straight after WI!;)

Still feeling a bit fat although clothes fit fine. Part of me wants to get WI over on Thursday and find out what damage I may have done with all meals out recently. Meanwhile I'm plodding on.:)

    EE Menu for today:

B: NAS Ribena, HEB porage, HEA milk
L: probably lentil and veg soup
D: SW chicken curry (tomatoes, peppers, onion, courgettes) with rice and SW chips
Syns: squirt of syrup and may have some mango chutney

Maman - My pancakes worked out at 3 syns each (I didn't use oil) and 1 syn for my jam ... so 8 syns in total.

I used batter mix with water and egg ... Hope this helps if you are wanting some x

I always make my own pancakes using flour, eggs & water. They work out about 2 syns each plus whatever you put on it. I'm really old fashioned as I only like pancakes with lemon & sugar! Sweetner on pancakes just doesn't work for me.

So syns for today will be for flour & sugar - so probably 5 (25g of flour, 1tsp of sugar).

I do pancakes as well but I do the Scotch Pancakes (drop scone) type & think they work out 3.5 syns each. No doubt kids will want some after swimming tonight but I won't indulge! :D

    My delivery came woohoo :):)

I've just tried out the standard pork sausages with some salad for my lunch, tasted even better than I thought they would. I think I shall be placing a monthly order!

I have never heard of that, although when we were in queue waiting to get in the door last night the woman in front of me says she usually goes in & orders her chips & curry sauce from the chinese & collects it after WI but didnt want to as the queue was out the door & she would have felt guilty :rotfl:. I eat as little as possible on WI day as I get weighed in the evening!

Hmmmm not sure how second interview went, it all went swimmingly then the guy seemed a bit negative but maybe that was just him. Find out wednesday but not holding out much hope which is a shame because I think I would have really loved it.

Mum has just text me from tesco to say they only choc pancake mix left so I've told her just to get it and I'm treating myself after today. Think its about 5 syns per pancake, which I can live with because I usually only eat about 8 a day. (Syns not pancakes!!!)
