Right, I have a bone to pick with you guys. I've been doing this since December, and not once have any of you said 'Trow, have you tried shape apple crumble yogurt yet? They seem really indulgent but are only half a syn!'

They are my new favourite thing! (Not tried the rhubarb ones yet, looking forward to that!)

Not only a crumble yogurt, but rhubarb flavour . And I didn't know . How can this be :(.

It is after 10pm. You are NOT going to Tescos gallygirl :naughty:.

Oooh gallygirl, I hope I haven't mislead you - there isn't actually crumble with the yogurt, its the flavour. But the apple one is luscious, will try the rhubarb one tomorrow.

Wish I had a pear one to try too, but I didn't see it and suspect they don't sell it :(

I fear I may have misled you - It turns out I had WW yogurts, British favourites multipack - Apple & Pear Crumble, Strawberry Cheesecake, Apple & Berry Pie, and Rhubarb & Vanilla Crumble. There were wee bits of crumble in the crumble ones. They were delicious! I want some more! And all are FREE! There are some others (Strawberry Tart, Raspberry Tart, Lemon Tart, Toffee Apple) which are good too and also free.

    Sorry for the confusion.

    Wow, michele, that's a great start. :j

Evening all - sorry not had time to respond to everyone - but I am still here and reading. Having a weird few days of eating out and so on . . . so expecting a sad face tomorrow. Heyho - draw a line and carry on plodding is the only way.

Strangely 3 people commented this week that I look a bit thinner. Ironic isn't it that the minute you go a bit off piste . . . .

:(1 lb loss for me this week please

Oh well, disappointed, but I do feel thinner and getting lots of nice comments. Have been completely on plan and exercising quite a lot. Also takes me to 1 & 1/2 stone and 10% and every bit helps....

  • Morning Folks.
Sorry no time to really read back and catch up again. So much work on. Somehow managed to stay *just* within the syns yesterday, even though I'm not sure I logged it all.
Haven't gotten around to planning the week's menu. So I am hoping to get a moment in a morning to check in and come up with ideas.

The Shape *crumble* Yoghurts are divine - even without the crumble, very thick, sweet tasting and luxurious. Worth buying!

Yes you must have a life, yes. But it's not a diet, its a lifestyle change. Change the life to fit around things. You can have everything you want, but in smaller amounts.
It's all about the way you think about it. The moment I resented the alterations, cuts and limitations was the moment I started to lose the plot and gain.
Back on plan, it still astounds me the amount of things you can have, in moderation, and not feel starved. Planning is key. Yesterday it was all about the willpower not to dive into the oreos... :D

Must dash, school run looms. Good luck to all those at WI today.
