Thanks for your kind words! You know what he never actually clapped eyes on me - so I'm not going to take it personally!
I saw he was online this morning and I sent him a message asking him how he was (why I don't know - because I can't help myself clearly). He never replied so I'm not long after sending him a text that said I totally get the message - good luck.
He s come back and said Chill out.
Now what the flip is the point of this!!!!!!!!!! Talk about mixed signals!
Anyway yes will just put it to the back of my head (or try to ahem)!
I swear this week I'm tackling these clothes in the spare room lol - a therapeutic clean out will help my head!0 -

My gym has a vibrating plate but I don't use it - it kind of scares me lol. I see people sitting it in in all sorts of weird positions. Whenever I was getting my induction he got me to stand on it but I didn't like the sensation at all!0 -

It was kinda weird, I done a 20 minute session on Friday, could really feel it in my abs, I don't think I could use one in front of ppl, its in a tanning place & they are all in separate cubicles :rotfl:. I paid for 300 minutes so I will use them!:TGratitude is the best Attitude :T

There's a woman in my group who lost weight using something like that. Some machine called 'flabuloss' or similar. She was one of these that went 'bull at a gate' with the challenge, I think it was for a big holiday or something. She was 100% on plan and seemed to go most days and use the machine. It worked for her but I never fancied it.
lantanna, I think 'his loss' as far as that potential date was concerned. So maybe you've tested the water and feel you're not ready but I'm sure other guys would have been far more straightforward so keep an open mind. I wouldn't want to get involved with his daft games and messages. I'd say delete his number now and focus on feeling good about you, for you (and us of course).:A

I'm feeling a bit bloated today. I have got some quite skinny jeans on but I can feel my thighs and tum inside them IYKWIM and it doesn't feel good. Will try to stay 100% on plan leading up to WI on Thursday.

L: not sure, probably cold meat, fried potato and picklesgammon, cauli&broccoli cheese and wedges

I agree, i'd just leave it and if he contacts you then see how you feel, if he doesn't then stuff him! meanwhile do things to make you feel better about yourself, don't let him undermine the positivity you've felt from getting healthy!!

Here's the challenge list!
If anyone hasn't joined that wants to then give me a shout.. it's a 7 week challenge - running until Easter Sunday.. use this weeks weigh in as your start weight for the challenge and then next week will be your week 1 result.
Can I just remind everyone to give me their results in a different colour and bold so I can see it! If you could state which week the result is then that would be great too!

Hello again to all.
Was just checking about challenge- do we send in our loss when we have our usual s/w weigh in (if we go to a club) , so eg for me on Thu pm ; or is it on a set day for all??0 -
Well yesterday definitely turned into a fairlyhigh syn day, but not as high as expected!
I ended up having a Red day although it wasn't originally planned:
B - bacon, egg, mushrooms, 50g beans (2 syns)
L - KFC 3 chicken strips (9 syns!)
D - HM fish pie (at DDs); (HEA & HEB for cheese sauce + HEB for pots); potatoes mashed with soft cheese (2 syns); small custard slice from Iceland (6.5 syns)
HEA2 - milk in tea
Total syns: 19.5
Having another Red day today:
B - bacon sandwich
L - crabstick salad (over half the plate was salad!)
D - Roast pork, potatoes (HEB), green beans, broccoli, gravy (2) (will use 1 tsp of granules)
HEA - milk in tea throughout the day
HEB1 - bread
HEB2 - potatoes
Syns: Gravy granules 2
Will probably have an ice lolly tonight for another 3 syns and/or pink and white 2.5 syns. That should help a bit with going over at the weekend!

Not sure how or what but I'm not arguing with the scales at fat club ...
That's my line from the last few horrendous weeks drawn head down the next half stone is in sight now... I committed to a week 100% on plan. (After my post wi treat of 3 choccy digestive biscuits obviously)
My head is wobbled I'm aware that 3lb is probably not a real loss after yesterday's food so I'm back on trying hard to stay on plan xxxStarted sw 02/09/13 - total loss so far -5st 1lb

Lantanna I think its time to bring out the you want me you chase me card - no texting first, let him text you first and then wait a while before replying. You deserve to be chased and if he doesn't he's a fool!!! Your beautiful inside and out and Mildredd is never wrong on these things!!!
