Weekend pretty much off plan, someone's hen night last night - large quantities of Chinese consumed. Out for Sunday lunch today - but did avoid having a pudding. Back on it tomorrow, but absolutely expecting a gain this week.

Feeling hungry again this evening...not so bad that I would eat a snake!......but got the munchies! I've raided the syn bin for strawberry laces, 2 jaffa cakes and some low fat crisps, but still not satisfied! I hate evenings like this. Might try some pickles. If that fails I will just have to go to bed and sleep it off!

Oh tazzy, I read it as the watermelon and grapes were FOR the snake lol. That would work for you too!

    Review of Sunday's menu
    Breakfast: BLT hexb toastie, grapes
Lunch: beany jacket & salad, kiwi
Dinner: Maryland Chicken, wedges and salad (bad planning, almost same as tonight! Hopefully it'll be just as tasty!), yogurt and blueberries

Well that's a first! All as planned! What went wrong?
Snacks: Alpen Light bar (3), SF caramel treat (4.5)

Syns, including 1.5 for Maryland Chicken = 9

    Monday's plan:
    Breakfast: yogurt and fruit
Lunch: out with friend (hope I don't spoil things for WI on Tuesday)
Dinner: cheese & onion pie from mag

    That is all.

Hi mumoftwo - I used the Schwartz perfect shake piri-piri seasoning. I also have the other Scwartz one - it looks to be finer, but if that's what you've got I'd give it a go.

I also agree with lucky-legs re the diet coke chicken - very tasty too.

I love the Schwartz perfect shake seasonings I have the spicy season all, the perfect chicken, the spicy Italian, the garlic Italian, the Chinese 5 spice (which is really nice in a noodle stirfry), I will just need to add the piri piri one then :rotfl: it livens boring chicken up a bit doesn't it?

morning all, hope you are all doing ok? I need to go for a big shop today and stock up on veg and fruit etc.

breakfast will be boiled eggs and will eat some grapes as well.
No idea what the rest of the day will be like, depends on what I fancy later and what I bring in with the shopping, maybe a baked potato with tuna salad.

mumoftwo have you tried the diet coke chicken or the diet fanta chicken both are my personal favourites when following SW as I always feel that I've had a naughty chinese when I've been good :)
No, I haven't had those, what do you do? just throw the chicken into some diet fanta and cook? sounds strange but interesting.
