Lantanna text him earlier......he's not text back but I'm just proud of myself for having the balls to ask him in the first place. It's his loss if he doesn't though, I kinda figure that if someone likes you then they'll make it happen.

Eating wise, I don't know why I bothered to make that plan, so far I've had cheese on toast (HEXA and HEXB) and 2 choc hob nobs (9 syns!!!!!)

Need to eat something totally on message for tea, after yesterday if I don't pull it back now I'll end up on a binge. Away to stick on Paul McKenna, he reckons he can sort out my emotional eating :rotfl:
  • Shala-moo I haven't been missed from list but can you put me down for 21lbs please. I'm hoping for a nice big loss this week as it's week 1

So today I had a 3 egg omelette with 28g of cheese hexa and 4 slices of bacon for lunch. Dinner will be stew which has been cooking away in slow cooker all day. I used stock cubes to season and have thickened it with gravy powder but have worked out that the gravy powder works out to less that 1 syn per portion so that's grand. I have boiled potatoes, roast potatoes ( SW style) and turnip for dinner so I should be nice and full after that. Must say it was a bit of a struggle not to buy pastry for the stew and I'm just waiting on the moans from kids about that :p but tough luck. I am looking after their health as well as mine.

Earlier DD and I took our measurements as we just started this week. I was much bigger than her all over but we are the same in the thighs. DD chucked a strop and the measuring tape got thrown across the room. I however couldn't stop laughing. I think we have found her motivation folks :D

    Happy healthy eating xx

Failed a bit on the exercise last week due to unplanned and excessive hours worked but back on it now, with spinning yesterday and gym today. Will try harder next week.

    My meals today are
    B porridge
    L sw chicken chow mein
T salad, jacket potato and beans

S fruit - feeling little snacky so quite a bit..
Might make it family movie night and if so break open the dairy milk box have in utility from Christmas but will only have a couple.
Have left over chow mein for lunch tomorrow.

Thanks for the chart Shala :D

Well done to all of the losers so far. I've had another couple of good days on plan. I went out to a pub quiz last night, you had to bring your on nibbles so I took some chicken tikka and grapes. I did cave in for a packet of pork scratchings, but I could have easily consumed over 40 syns if I had started picking. I also won a box of After Eights in the raffle. Not my favourite chocs (probably a good thing) but at 1.5 syns each they are handy to have in. Our team also came second as well!

Went to the Harvester today for my sisters birthday, I was very good again, had plenty of my superfrees with the salad bar then had plain jacket and spitroast chicken. I even resisted desert :D and this is a big thing for me - I love the ice cream sundaes there. After dinner we went ice-skating. So some body magic worked into the day. It was hard work, as I haven't been for years and spent a lot of time picking my 2 DD's off he floor :rotfl: I have a feeling I will ache tomorrow.

Hope everyone has had a good weekend, can't believe it is almost over, I really hate Mondays! But at least it will mean Im not far away from my first WI.

Millionaire In Training thanks for reminding me to take my measurements its always nice to get an idea of inches lost as well as the weight. I will do this later and put it in my book.

Well done for texting Daisy! Keep us posted!

Am wondering if I'm gluten/wheat intolerant so planning on going for the blood test. Was diagnosed IBS several years ago but talking to a colleague who has recently been diagnosed celiac my symptoms are like hers so she recommends going for the test. Will talk to my Dr WHEN I can get an appointment (nightmare at our surgery).
If I need to go gluten free, are all g/free foods free on SW does anyone know? Ie pasta, noodles etc
Is anyone on here celiac/intolerant? Any information sites recommended?
    Hope someone can help :A
    Thanks in advance :A:A

I've had a quick look at the HEB list for EE and there are lots of bread options. I haven't heard of them so maybe it'll be a case of where you can track them down:
    • 1 BFree multigrain wrap
    • Glutafin bread
    • Glutafin part baked white roll
    • Glutafin fibre bread roll
    • Juvela bread
    • Genius Foods bread
and it said 35g of any gluten free cereal.

I noticed that all Doves Farm pasta was free so expect that's true of any.

Other HEB's you can have are:-

    4 x plain rice cakes
5 x Trufree high fibre/onion & herb gluten and wheat free crackers
5 x Glutafin high fibre crackers, gluten and wheat free
5 x Real Foods Corn Thins, original, gluten free (there are other flavours you can have but not sure if these are gluten free
