After having a couple of Red days I'm going for a Green day today.
B - mushroom omlette
L - cheese on toast (HEA & HEB)
D - HM spicy beanburger, chips. Not sure whether to have baked beans as well or to stick to salad. If I have salad I'll also have a small WM roll (HEB2); if I have beans I'll have a couple of slices of WM bread.
HEA2 will be milk as usual.
No idea about syns today but can have quite a few if I want them as have far more left than I thought I'd have by now. I totted up syns yesterday and even though I went over at the weekend I still had 39 left to last today and tomorrow if I want them - but don't think I can manage that many in 2 days.

1 lb loss for me this week please
Oh well, disappointed, but I do feel thinner and getting lots of nice comments. Have been completely on plan and exercising quite a lot. Also takes me to 1 & 1/2 stone and 10% and every bit helps....
10% is fab H, well done you :j, that's over 1/2 stone more than me in the same time scale :T. And all the exercise you've done will have lost extra inches :j.
(b*tch :rotfl:)A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effortMortgage Balance = £0

Michellep – Well done on your loss!:j Great start. Don't let being away put you off track - stay focused. If you put in the work at the beginning it does get so much easier to have a life as well
HelenDaveKids– Now a loss is still a loss so no sulking please:rotfl: Hopefully you’ll see something more next week. It can be frustrating when it moves slowly but its all going in the right direction!
Re: Mr Chill – Thanks for all the lovely positive comments.:happyhear. Feeling very loved on here:beer: He’s out of my mind now as he’s so not worth the time thinking about! He never even met me so I’m not going to take offence! Clearly he has issues of his own to behave like that. I think I’ll have a little break and then get back on the horse again so to speak. What doesn’t kill us makes us stronger and all that!!!!!!!!!!! There are lots and lots of men out there and I won’t let one ejit put me off! I don’t have a profile pic up but you wouldn’t believe the number of men on there from all walks of life that I know! I was chatting to a friend last night and she was saying she tried online dating a while back and met up with a guy once and then never heard from him again! People are so cruel – I’m a strong believer in treating people as you would like to be treated!!!!!!!! A bit of honesty and respect goes a long way! Thank goodness that didn’t happen to me on my first experience as I probably would need sectioned lol.:rotfl:
A few years ago when my Dad had cancer I found it very hard to deal with and was referred for counselling and one of the things that came up was how I coped with relationships in general. The counsellor said to me do you ever think that maybe there is something wrong with them not you – and that’s why the person is doing whatever they are doing and not that it is automatically that they don’t like you etc -so I am clinging to that thought!! Must develop more resilience!! The Black dog has pretty much cleared off again thankfully J Think the kettlebells chased him lol.:rotfl:
So guess what I did last night!!! Woke at 3.30am and jumped up out of bed like a rocket and ate a Funsize Flake lol. Only 4 syns - but still at 3.30am in the morning – not flippin wise! - don’t know what possessed me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Or how it even :eek:entered my head as it has been in the fridge from last thurs!
Sary - Lol some night this could be you rooting around in the freezer for the curly wurlys lol at silly o'clock!
I was reading a book before I went to sleep and a girl in it was ordering a double cheeseburger and garlic fries in a restaurant and that was making me drool!!
I do feel a treat is on the cards this weekend so will probably factor in a chinese – or maybe after wi.
Went to kettle bells last night and really enjoyed it! No soreness today as of yet. Will probably head up to the gym later this evening and do a bit on the treadmill and bike. I’ve an 8 mile charity walk coming up in May so trying to work up my miles to that! At the minute I’m doing 4 miles on the treadmill in 45 mins on a gradient with the sweat lashing off me lol. :rotfl:
Menu for today
B: Muller Light & Fruit
L: Pasta with Salad and Ham
Baked Potato Tuna and more salad
NO FUNSIZE ANYTHINGS TODAY LOL OR PANCAKES!!
Hope everyone is well and has a good day J
If I go missing today its because my bucket knickers and size 14 trousers are swinging off me and I've been arrested lol

Thanks GG, you really made me giggle.
Thanks lantanna, I now vision of you wandering around the shops in your pants.
Just been in my wardrobe, in a cheer up as its working way and now have 3 pairs of trousers that now fit, all still in my original size but definitely didn't remotely fit before. Whereas the pair that I bought that sent me over the edge due to being the bigger size definitely can't stay up independently...Morgage till Nov 30 GOAL MFW Sept 2016Aug 11 - £100k Aug 2016.... It's GONE!!!!!
2014 GOAL HIT 5 Stone! 2016 GOAL to be a MF marathon runner.

Morning all.......been a bit off radar last couple of days, think I have a kidney infection and never slept a wink sunday night so think the eating has suffered as a result.
Have "stage 2" job interview today, unless this is a shambles then it's looking pretty positive for me!! Mostly will be working on my feet so this is excellent body magic woohoo!!
Lantanna - glad to hear you are feeling a bit better about all this, I have had a bit of a dalliance into online dating myself, as have a couple of friends, and I quickly came to the conclusion that it wasnt for me. It sounds to me like he doesn't know what he wants. I still haven't heard back from the guy from Friday, don't understand why he gave me his number.........def his loss!!!
Today is a green day........
B: Weetabix Milk and Banana (HEXA &Jacket Potato and beans
T: Veg rogan josh, rice, naan (8)
Need to have some additional HEX and syns somewhere!! Have a great day folks xx0 -
I'm off to Tescos to have a look for these crumble yogurts, they sound delish!!!!!!! Anyone got any idea of the syns in pancakes?0
-
Daisy - You would need a crystal ball to work out why they behave the way they do!!!
I think some guys just like the chase and then they freak out when they actually have to act on it lol
Who knows re your guy!!!! Many many different reasons !!0 -
IMO, a guy that thinks its ok to respond with 'chill' is never going to take other peoples feelings too seriously, so I reckon its a lucky escape.
Right, I have a bone to pick with you guys. I've been doing this since December, and not once have any of you said 'Trow, have you tried shape apple crumble yogurt yet? They seem really indulgent but are only half a syn!'
They are my new favourite thing! (Not tried the rhubarb ones yet, looking forward to that!)
They sound delicious!!!
Lantanna - so glad you are over him! He is just not worth it
Greentiger - I am going to try those WW ones as well.
I love the muller light turkish delight yoghurts.
Well done to all the losers. At my weigh in last night I lost 0.5lb, only a little but its * week & I did go over my syns so was pleasantly surprised.

HEB will be alpen lights or rocky roads later on
Keeping syns low today & tomorrow as our date night was last night rather than tonight as hubby is nightshift the rest of the week.
Drinks so far - 2 x coffees (1 syn), 1 green tea, 300/1500ml water.
I had a 20 minute shoogle last night after work & will have another 20 minutes tonight before dashing home to let hubby get to work & take kids swimming so dinner for me will be around 7pm! I dont mind as it saves me nibbling later on x

Try the SW 0 syns pancakes, very easy and quite yummy.
2 egs, separate the whites and yolks. Whisk the whites til they are soft peaks. Add some sweetener to the yolk, beat til they are cream, then fold the 2 together. Make like a normal pancake, with as little mix as possible to keep it thin.
I had these on Friday night munchy time, with a bit of maple syrup. Yummm.0
