    Evening all,

Sorry I've been AWOL for a few days, but life is busy here with lots going on taking up my time, but all of it good.

Not had WI yet this week, as had to go out last night, so it's first thing tomorrow morning, so will update with results then. I'm about 5 pages down on what's been going on, so will read back and catch up tomorrow.

Hello to you all, well done to losers, and hugs to all who need them.
One day the clocks will stop, and time won't mean a thing

Be nice to your children, they'll choose your care home

I am absolutely gutted tonight, been to Tesco on way home from skiing lesson, and bought a tub of lemon quark (they ran out of normal!!). So I thought I'd make a little cheesecake with lemon quark, and a lemon drizzle alpen light base.

Put all the shopping away, ate the 2nd half of my dinner, and went to get the quark out to make dessert ...... NO QUARK!! Arghhhhhh. I must have left it at the checkout. Boooo.

On the upside, they did have the Shape 0% apple crumble yoghurts you have all been talking about. So just had one and mmmm, very nice. On special pack of 4 for £1, so bought lots of different varieties.

oops didn't put my loss in red so 7lbs for challenge

    Show off!!:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Did you think we'd miss your amazing result!!:T

Our curry was very tasty tonight but next time I'll make it with more chicken. But as it qualified as a Green Day I had a lump of cheese, just because I could!

DH has decided we're going out on Thursday for cinema trip and a meal. He's been really busy lately so fancies a change. So there's another flexi meal:( but fortunately on WI day so I'll have a whole week's syns to play with.:D

Oh and we booked a mini-break for later in the month. I'm going to have to be really well on plan whenever I can if I'm to STS by Easter. Good problem to have though.;)

    Wow Millionaire, that's fantastic!

Just 1 lb off for me, Shala. Thanks for keeping track for us all. Truth be told I was a wee bit disappointed, but at least it's the right direction! Although after the day I've had, I'll be hading in the WRONG direction this week. At least there's a week to try to sort it out.

    Tuesday's Plan - the gang's all here
Breakfast: fruit, ff Greek yogurt didn't have time to these before I went out; cat had been sick so I had the carpet to clean and I had to use up , quorn sausages (frozen ones) & baked beans
Lunch: mushroom omelette with beetroot and tomatoes and smoked ham and a pineapple danish bought to celebrate that huge loss (no idea of syns)

And then it all went pear shaped.
On Tuesdays DH collects GD and brings her here by lunchtime. Usually he goes to collect GS from school at 3pm and brings him here. Then at 4.30 he takes DD to work and brings other GS here too. (now you know why it's family dinner night here) However, today DH had hosp appt at 3.20, so he says he had arranged with DS that he would collect GS at 3pm. I would take GD and go and do the 4.30 run. You can guess the rest. School phoned at 3.15 to say GS hadn't been collected and couldn't get hold of parents or grandpa. So ... I wakened a grumpy toddler from her nap for the half hour drive to get her brother. We then drove almost all the way back and just made it in time to take the next lot almost back to the same place we'd just come from, and then the half hour drive home here again! By that time I didn't have time to make planned dinner so I made the kids fish fingers and chips and pancakes (of course) while DH went out and got Indian takeaway for adults. I had a little of each of 3 main dishes with boiled rice, a little naan bread, about 4 veg pakora (no sauce), followed by 3 pancakes and butter. I am a weakling.

Dinner: smoked haddock gratin (using hexb bread, spinach, tomatoes), stir fried cabbage, HM pancake (will need to work out syns) with fruit and ff Greek yogurt No, no, no - see above
Snacks: so far - twix finger, mint choc biscuit

Syns: 0 (On the principle that, if I can't count them, they didn't exist)

    Roll on tomorrow!

    Wednesday's plan:
    Breakfast: fruit & yogurt
    Lunch: beanburger
    Dinner: smoked haddock gratin lol

    Hope your day runs smoothly.

greentiger - that's the biggest problem with SW - you plan as much as you like but then life gets in the way. Try not to worry about it too much, draw a line under it and just get back on plan. You can't change what's already happened!

Yesterday's syns came to 12.5 in the end - made 3 small pancakes using 25g of flour, egg & water mix. Had a tsp of sugar on each with a good squirt of lemon. Also used a couple of grams of low fat spread in the pan (a total of 10g). Later in the evening had a fruit split lolly. Pleased to have come in within syns for the day.

Going back to EE today mainly because we're having a pork curry for dinner and I can't eat it without rice!

B - Boiled eggs & soldiers (HEB); melon & ff yoghurt
L - crabstick salad (crabsticks need using up!) with a fat free vinegarette
D - Goan pork curry (MrsMc recipe) & rice

Not tried the curry before but when I had a little taste once it was cooked it tasted really hot! Think we may need some yoghurt with it.

Again, no idea what syns I'll be having today but have plenty of syns available.

Well done millionaire in training - fab loss!! That’s what I lost in my first week as well – back last April!!
Dooey & Greentiger – All the wee ones add up in the end!!
Mrs Lady – Great attitude – just get back on it J
Pleaseletitbelucky – any week I really up the superspeed and the water I really see a loss J
Sary – Glad good things are occupying your time J
Michele – p – Raging lol. I normally forget something crucial when shopping and then go to make something and can’t even figure out if I’ve bought the flippin thing!!
Daisy – I’m the same get much more support on this board! My group can be very tedious but I make myself endure it lol – as I need all to keep myself on track. Every flippin week there is a total fuss made of me as well in front of the new members as I’ve lost the most weight – gets a bit embarrassing. Biggest loser this week as well!!
Don’t think I’ll have a loss myself this week as I was gorging on bread last night after my dinner and I’m so tired, crabid and bloated with PMT!
Going to hit the gym tonight though – but I can’t complain about my losses over the last few weeks – seems I flourish outside of the challenges and die whilst in them lol.
Totally off the record but got a £200 gas bill through the door yesterday – that in itself means I deserve my Chinese this week!
    Xx

Morning all! Just a quick post as off to our nearest big city this morning, for a passport and some holiday clothes!! Dreading the holiday clothes part but at least I'm moving in the right direction now.

Lantanna I sat and played Candy Crush for most of the last meeting which I know is really rude but listening to someone claiming they eat chocolate when sleepwalking (yeah, sure you do!!!!!) is mentally draining for me! Plus I have whats laughingly referred to as a very "vocal face" so they must be able to see that I am slowly losing the will to live as we go round the group!!

    Green day today......

    B: Weetabix, milk banana (HEXA/B)
    L: Jacket Potato and beans
    T: No idea

I sneaky weighed in on my scales at home today, STS but I don't know if they are right or not. I'm away to chuck them out I think I am self sabotaging with them, its not healthy to keep checking my weight.

Have a great day folks xxxxxx

Well the quark has been found, :j my husband found it on the side grass outside our house when he went to work this morning! All I can assume is that one of the dogs grabbed the pot out the shopping bags and tried to run off with it (they have a thing for yoghurt pots!).

Luckily there was a frost last night, so should be OK to use tonight. Though I was so excited I had a quick taste, OMG it's bitter, think I'll be adding some sweetener to it for my cheesecake!

    Todays plan:
B: Oats and a shape yoghurt
    L: Leftover quorn saus casserole
D: pasta quiche- loads of veg
    Dessert, CHEESCAKE!!!
