2lb loss for me. Thought it might have been slightly better but a loss is a loss! Time to dig out some scrummy recipes - any particular faves here that you all can suggest??
Thanks in advance. D1 x
Anything in particular you like?? I have a few favourites I can PM you them x Well done, thats a good healthy loss :THave now looked at the actifry's.
From what I can see they have bumped up price to take the discount off as they certainly weren't 200 quid when I last looked.Boo is all.
I fancied the 2-in-1, thought that would be a great price with the £100 off but my hubby would kill me as there is nothing wrong with my normal actifry :rotfl:.
Used 5.5 syns last night, I made a wee cheesecake by heating up my ALpen light, mixing quark with a white choc options & decorating with strawberries. It was very very sweet, would perhaps add more quark next time.
So EE Today
B - Frozen Berries, FF Nat yoghurt
L - Same as yesterday as I only used 1/2 the salmon (2 syns for tomato sauce & dressing).
D - Mushy Pea Curry, Side of Veg
No syns planned for tonight, 1.5 l water, 2 xcoffees & 1 green tea consumed so far
HEA & B - 3 x SS Ryvita with LCL, beetroot & Pickles.
Millionaire in Training - well done on your fab loss :T
TazzyB - Well done on your fab loss :T:TGratitude is the best Attitude :T

Ok.....shopping was a bit hit and miss. Cried a little bit in a changing room when nothing fitted me or looked awful on. Bought pretty baggy stuff for hols but on the plus side, it has strengthened my resolve and I did burn 400 cals and walked 3 miles uphill!!
Had weetabix for brekkie and resisted the "come on, what harm can it do to have a subway, you can have a healthy one" suggestions from my unhelpful family and insisted we had lunch somewhere I could have a jacket potato with beans and a diet coke for lunch.
Dunno what to have for tea tonight though, got spag bol and frozen curry sauce so might actually have sw chips with the curry or pasta bologanise unless anyone has any spectacular suggestions of what they are having?????

That's brilliant!! Well done daisy!!:D
So pleased to hear you're feeling motivated and good for you having the willpower to stick to your plan even under provocation.
Was there much about in holiday clothes?
Sorry can't help with supper, just sausage and mash here with lashings of fried onions:drool:.0 -
Maman, I got mostly stuff from new look, just got some long floaty skirts, couple of dresses and some vests. Only going for a week, and its a quiet holiday so planning to live in my cossie by the pool getting a tan and early nights all round. Most of the shops have some stuff, although not a lot.
You're also a genius, I'm having quorn sausage and mash with onions and onion gravy so thank you for that!!! Feels a bit more like a treat than what I normally stick to xx0 -
Good news on the job Daisy :j :j
