Just over two and a half years! I'm delighted. The good feeling never goes away!:D

Wow well done on keeping it up that long ... I have been told it is harder to stay at target than it is to lose the weight :o

I have a long way to go but nearly at my stone mark ... wi tonight.

I am also doing my measurements and I have lost 2 inches this week off my waist for a total of 4 ... Hoping the scales show it as well.

    Today was as follows:
    Breakfast: Scrambled Egg with mushrooms
Lunch: Sweet chilli chicken (made with peppers, carrots and green beans) with rice
Dinner: Meatballs and pasta in a tomato based sauce.
Snacks: Ryvita Minis and lots of fruit :)

I have pledged to give chocolate up for lent ... I'm not especially religious but thought it might help me sw wise I am eating more chocolate now that I have ever done :o

Now I have my head round to sw way of thinking I am finding it a better way of life not just a diet.

Please does anyone know how many syns there are in Birds Eye Cod steak in butter sauce, my local has these at half fprice, £1.50 instead of £3 for 4. so thinking of stocking up.

I am loving this thread as I don't attend a group, I weigh in with my DD and DGD and we are saving the group fee. £15 a week, for a summer treat.

Its weigh in tonight for my first week on here, wish me luck.

Yes, take it from someone who knows & really struggles to stay at target that yes it is hard  :rotfl:
That said there seems to be two types of people~those who manage to stay at target fairly easily and those like me who do seem to find it a struggle :rotfl:

Back from WI, shopping and have had my lunch.

Pleased to say I lost 1lb which was better than I thought this morning before I went to WI!

    Today will be EE again:

    B - banana - after WI
L - scrambled egg & garlic mushrooms (cooked in garlic frylight) on toast
D - SW sausages from local butcher - only 1/2 syn each, not decided how many yet but probably 2, mashed potato (mashed with FF yoghurt); cabbage (needs using up) and possibly some peas or green beans. Gravy - 1 syn as only have about 2 tsps.

HEA - milk in tea throughout the day
HEB - 2 small slices WM meal
    Syns - sausages 1 or 1.5; gravy 1.

May have an ice lolly (3) and/or pink 'n' white depending on what I fancy this evening.

Trying to keep syns low today as away for weekend and will be high syn (weekend win!, fish & chips from chippy although will only have a few of DH's as I actually prefer my SW chips (!), and who knows what else!)

This is not a good day to be at work. We have a surplus of out of date food - and none of it is free! There are: custard creams, bourbons, digestives, ginger nuts, fruit shortcake (hmm, does that count as fruit??? No? Oh well...), and also chocolate limes, butter mints and snowies (you know, the white chocolate discs with hundreds and thousands on top).

So far I have had one chocolate lime and six snowies, and because I had a brainwave last week, I am easily able to keep track of my syns. I now have a spreadsheet on my phone, that I have set up with the weekly syns, and every day I type in what I have had and it keeps a running total of how many I have left. So handy, and despite not resisting temptation, I am still on track so it's all good!
