I want to lose a total of 46lbs, so minus my 10lbs last night I have 36lbs to go, so just over 2 stone. I've always had my heart set on 12stone 7lbs as this is the weight I remember from school. But would love to lose more.0 -
All going so well till I went out for a meal tonight and could not resist the cheese cake! Shared a slice with my hubby where as usually I would have eaten a whole one myself so that's something I suppose. And did not finish off my sons pudding, I was tempted! * star wee turns me into a sugar fiend!
Was a stupid thing to do as I am going to struggle sticking to plan next two days as I am driving to Germany tomorrow staying overnight then going to a show and driving straight back on Saturday. From Newcastle so it's a lot if hours sitting bored in the car and eating from service stations.
Sunday, Monday, Tuesday are going to be syn free days in the hope can at least STS.

Just running on quickly as my head is spinning- just fought with my cranky old laptop for about 3 hours in order to get my first uni assignment in on time! Hence the fact I've not had a very good day food wise

Hopping on for my weekly result. I shall try to stick to posting on a Friday after Weighing Day. Thought about it long and hard last night as we all know sometimes the scales can be very upsetting. But 'knowledge is power' and all that. How can I stay focused if I don't know the truth? Also want to be on the chart
So I'm now 14st 13lb, so a loss of 5lb for me please Shala. No claps and big fuss. I'll do all that if I manage to stick to it for longer than a week :cool:
Hope you are all well. I've had LOADS of support from a special friend this week. And I would strongly recommend anyone else pairing up with a 'Slimming Buddy' from this board if they are struggling. We've been texting each other when we felt 'wobbly' and didn't have the opportunity to post on here.
We paired up because we had very similar issues, we always seemed to be posting the same things, and we were quite alike with our food issues. Maybe if there is someone on here that you click with, you could ask if they want to pair up? Even if it's just PMing rather than texting if they might be weirdy perverts
I shall not say who it was in case she would rather not, but needless to say, without this smashing person being so positive this week, I don't think I'd have managed. If I wanted to binge, I just thought 'Now, what would Mildredd say?' and a quick jokey text pulled me through. But like I said I won't name names in case she's shy

What height are you Becks if you don't mind me asking? I'm 5.4 and 11stone 9lbs - the thinnest I've ever been as an adult:eek:
According to my BMI - 10.6 would only put me in the healthy weight range - whenever I tell people I've over a stone to go they look at me horrified lol
I wish I could direct where it came off - my shoulders, neck and chest bone are getting a bit too skinny but I still have my flipping belly! :eek:0 -
Still here. Buried under stress, strops and work.
Clinging to the plan with my teeth. Haven't been under syn all week.
Baked a tray of breakfast muffins, hopefully that will end the nibbling and stress eating.
Been up since 2 - potential chicken pox in the house ... *sigh*
I haven't had the chance to read up on everyone's progress other than a quick glance. Hope you are all more focused and with it than I am today...

Going away for the weekend in the motorhome so having to change menu plan for the next few days as have some stuff in the fridge to use up that I don't want to take!
Today's plan has ended up as Green:
B - scrambled eggs, mushrooms & beans
L - HM spicy parsnip & pear soup, HEB1 bread
D - potato based pizza (mash to use up!); tomatoes, onions, peppers, mushrooms, bacon (HEB2), mozella (HEA1); will have with HM garlic bread (6 syns) - am making the bread at the moment, it's having its' first prove!
HEA2 will be milk throughout the day
Syns: white garlic bread 6; 2 glasses of wine 12 = 18
As most of you know I always have more syns at the weekend and less during the week so not too far over today.

So 1lb on for me last night
Can’t really complain after my last couple of weeks of losses and its star week – so true to form for me ! Either that or it’s the curse of the challenge!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! - seeing as I bombed in the last once and shifted significant numbers when it stopped!:eek:
I was at the gym 3 times last week and Foodwise was fine so I’m confident its just star week and I’ll get it off next week. Not going to sweat about a lb at this stage.

Oh I got Biggest Loser last night in group (Person who has lost the most weight on their journey so far) – got a certificate and flowers – bit mortifying but as someone said to me - rather that than the biggest putter oner! Lol Someone told me I looked tiny yesterday!!!!!! Tiny !! Still in shock lol xx :rotfl:

This week I've been on the plan - within syns every day
Just had some really horrid horrid post arrive this week that was unexpected and has opened a massive can of worms and is a ball ache and started a mammoth legal pile of crap! However I refuse to let it beat me n I'm using my food as my constant focus?
I have a green support friend and I would recommend ittis like your very own sw consultant on tap
I'm cheating because I also have a very lovely fb friend who is an amazing support as well...
I think when I'm at target I'm tempted to look into being a sw consultantmaybe....
