Then last night he produced a bottle of wine, and whilst watching a film we both had 2 glasses, so that's yesterday out the window.

Has anyone tried microwaving their pink and whites? You have to watch them, and when the mallow starts to puff up they are done. Gorgeous squidginess
I love Pink and Whites that have been microwaved, lovely and squidgy and great with a hot choc, my children also like them.Excited to be back on plan but my first big test will be tonight at the cinema, have picked up a taste for Tango Ice Blasts in the past year lol. I googled it and the only syn value I can find for them is 13 (!!!) for a small one so will try and stick to bottle of water and some carrot sticks.
Hope everyone is doing well today xxx
If we are going to the cinema I sometimes make SW sweets using sugar free jelly, gelatine and yogurt
2 sachets of sugar free jelly (3 syns)
2 sachets of gelatine (free)
Muller light yogurt of one of your choice
Put 0.5 pint boiling water in a jug, add both sachets of sugar free jelly and gelatine in the jug, mix together.
Put two thirds of this into a small container lined with cling film. Put in the fridge to set, it doesn't take long. Mix the yogurt into the third of the jelly mixture and stir together. When the jelly has set put the yogurt mixture on top and put back into the fridge until top layer has set.
Cut into cubes and enjoy

Evening all xx
Spent the day getting ourselves (myself and Mr Shortie) prepped in the kitchen for SW. We don't need many tweaks, as our dinners are pretty much SW EE already - it's the biscuits and other rubbish we eat that has done us our damage up until now..
So weighed myself this morning..... _pale_ ..... still, I have a starting point for next week's weigh in
I couldn't tell you how good/bad today went but we're spending tomorrow cooking ahead. Today's food was:
B: missed as I got up late, had a builder round and then ran our late for my eye appointment
L: A chicken, bacon and sweetcorn (chicken was in mayo) roll. No idea what this would be... I assume I can could part of the roll as my hexb but definitely not all as it was a decent size. Not sure on the mayo eitherWe tried the SW Singapore beef. It seemed wrong when cooking it but amazingly, it worked out very well. Definitely needed much chilli for us, but was a great meal anyway and definitely going to be revisited.
Oddly, the dinner (decent portion) didn't fill me up which was unexpected so I had a bowl of fruit topped with 0% fat nat yog.
Still hungry now, so Mr Shortie just made us a bowl of chopped apple, grapes and 0% fat free Greek yoghurt.
So, in prep, we've started off some SW pancake-ie things my Mum and Dad showed me - uses up a hexb, 0% fat yoghurt ad 2 eggs but very filling. The porridge and yoghurt is resting up overnight in the fridge ready for the eggs tomorrow. We'll make up some breakfast muffins too ready for a grab and go breakfast for workApril 2021 Grocery Challenge 34.29 / 2500
