Hope that helps, and doesn't sound to patronising, it wasn't meant to be. Post two of the thread might help as well if you fancy a quick read of it - or check out some menus that people have posted to get the hang of it.

It helps enormously, thank you and is not patronising at all. I am very grateful for your help, I reall appreciate it. I am just so fed up with the feeling of starvation that only being allowed 28ppts on WW allows - I need something more sustainable and SW seems to fit the bill. I think I am going to find it difficult to work it all out but I will get there - thank you again :T
  • Just popping in to say hi Dizzyk nice to 'see' u

& have I missed something or has the cat got frogga?

Still can't see the wagon - well & truly fallen behind - if it wasn't for the countdown I brought I wouldn't be going to group - I'm trying just to concentrate on me & bubba at the mo - not good when we both have colds - she's not sleeping well so I'm not & because lack of caffeine I'm craving (and giving into) sugar

Well done to all u losers & hugs to those who need it xxx

I ended up with 11 syns in total yesterday so not too bad. Think I'm still going to be struggling with syns between now and Thursday am WI.

    Having a Green day today:

    B - Weetabix cinnamon muffins
    L - Cheese on Toast
D - Egg, chips, beans, mushrooms

HEA1 - milk in tea throughout the day
    HEA2 - 40g low fat cheese
    HEB1 - 2 weetabix
    HEB2 - 2 slices WM Nimble

Syns will probably be a couple of small glasses of wine as my sister will be here and always open a bottle when we get together!

I'm going to be completely off plan tomorrow probably as going to France for the day and have no idea what I'll be eating.

Will definitely get back on plan again Wednesday but will need to total up my syns for the week to see if I've got any left or whether I'm going to have to do without any:(.

Morning all, flying visit and not had a chance to catch up with the thread yet, so will do that later.

Off out in a moment for hospital apt. for son #1, and hoping we get a bit more out of the lazy consultant this time. Got a busy old day ahead of me, so just wanted to check in with you all.

Quick update for yesterday's food plan (Saturday's was fine, but can't be bothered to list it!).

    B - Danio yogurt (1), banana
L - LO pasta w/leeks, mushrooms, bacon, chicken (very small portion), mango, strawberries, banana w/quark
D - Chicken, mash, five baked beans, gravy (1.5)

Snacks : liberte yogurt (1.5), Maynards Sports (6)
HeB - 1 slice Allinson white whole bread
    HeA - Milk in tea/coffee
    Total syns: 10

Saturday's syns were higher because I ate too many of the sports mix while watching a film!

Right, gotta fly, have a great day.
One day the clocks will stop, and time won't mean a thing

Be nice to your children, they'll choose your care home
  • Horror of a migraine last night, think it was brought on by the change in weather and the massive reduction in sugar my body is experiencing but on the plus side I never at much of my tea and was asleep by 7pm!! Big focus on the plan for me this week, really want a good loss for my first week back at class. A loss of 3lbs or more would see me under the next stone, think it makes such a difference when you get to a different number.

Breakfast: Weetabix and milk (HEA and HEB)
Lunch: Superspeed soup with handful of pasta chucked in
Tea: Quorn Chilli w/rice and salad

Snacks - sugar free jelly, fruit and mullerlight yog

Not sure what to use my syns on, don't fancy chocolate much having got over the sugar crash. Maybe treat myself to some crisps later.

Hope you all have a great day xxxx

    Morning all,

    TIE - big hugs xx

Sary - hope you get to the bottom of it with the hospital, i get increasingly frustrated with my consultants too. Give them a good kick up the **** :D

I'm struggling to want to eat today, so i've decided i'm not going to force myself and may have my breakfast for lunch.

I've been listening to my hypnotism app again for weightloss so i don't know if that's the reason, i fell asleep both times listening so i'm not sure it's sunk in :rotfl:

    So menu for today
    B - nothing
L - porridge with water (2 for milk powder)
T - pork schnitzel(2), jacket, cheese (hea), big salad, pickles
    S - milk in tea (2) banana

    Have a good all x

    This post flies!!
Omg I have been totally aching from the Kettle bells class – it was a total shock to the system. I did not expect there to be so much jumping about lol. Ah well no pain no gain - my stomach in particular is dead lol Think I will head up tonight and just do some treadmill whilst the muscles recover.
I could do with a valium injection this morning lol - work is flippin manic! People driving me mad left, right and centre lol. Feeling very harassed today lol.
2B – Get that line drawn now, you can do it. Maybe do a meal plan for the next week or so – always find it helps keep me on track!
Thanks for the online dating encouragement – will keep you posted – haven’t done anything yet!
Mildredd - I don’t like pink and whites at all!! Think they are very strange lol
Helendavekids – Lots of body magic there – well done
Mrs R - I’m the same, the last few weeks I’ve deffo felt that I’m losing inches. I went out shopping yesterday and tried on a few things just for fun ! lol I can’t believe how much my body shape has changed! It was like looking at a totally different person in the mirror! Only problem is the expense of having to buy new clothes all the time! My jeggings are now too big (love them) - wear them all the time with boots, very sad as they were from Asda and they don’t make them anymore. Money is also very tight this month L
Takeiteazy – Thinking of you, as I've said before you are very brave - take one day at a time xx
Thanks TOMUCHWORRY – Hope those black dogs stay away from us for a while & I'm hoping the gym will help send mine into outer space lol !!

This looks like a green day rather than EE, so you could still have another HEA and HEB Xx

I've only ever followed EE but I'm veggie which is why it's quorn chilli. Do you guys think it would be worth me speaking to my consultant about switching to Green and get the extra HEA / HEB - I wouldn't say not to them to be honest!!

I'm veggie too so only do Green. You need the extra HEB and HEA for health reasons so definitely go for it Xx
