Going for an EE day today. Haven't quite decided on breakfast yet (I don't eat it until about 9 o'clock). It depends on whether DH is home from work by then or if he's later. If I'm on my own I'll just have a mushroom omlette if DH is home I'll do a fry up.

B - mushroom omlette or fry up (see above)
L - beans on toast, melon & yoghurt
    D - HM cod & chips, peas

Also have satsumas and bananas and will also be going out to the market to get some more fruit as only a couple of each left, so not sure what I'll get yet but definitely more bananas as I eat one most days even if I don't eat any other fruit.

Syns today will be the usual weekend wine syns! Don't think I'll need any other syns.

Have got up and had my breakfast which was just a bowl of porridge and a cup of tea, will have some fruit later.

We are then going on a day out to Gloucester so atm are plannning on taking some ryvita, with WW coronation tuna, a packet of Velvet Crunch (does anyone know if these are ok on SW and what the syns are - I presume they are quite good as all values are better than french fries etc) will also have a 0% yoghurt and some more fruit

This evening we are planning on having diet fanta chicken with some boil in the bag plain rice, this always make me feel like I've been naughty without any of the downsides of a chinese :)

Hope everyone has a good day, and I'll try not to spend too many pennies on my travels :undecided

    Morning all
Mildredd, I tend to buy the men's range as they fit me better but those joggers I bought yesterday are massive  if they're a size 14 then I'm the Queen!! I have a navy zip hoodie from there I bought in the Xmas sale (which I'm wearing as I type!) and it was expensive but worth every penny. It's snug and warm and so comfy- it's got me through most of the winter. Ah I'm the opposite- my Hollister stuff is my 'good' stuff and I mainly wear my New look stuff for lounging (although I absolutely love the Hudson & Rose range- I bought a hoodie and a pair of joggers in the sale there the other day- I wore the hoodie yesterday and it looked lovely on and was really comfy)

On the train taking advantage of the free Wi-Fi :) my train was cancelled so they put me in First Class on the next one as I need special assistance- result! Oh drat here's my stop :p have a good day all xxx

All ready for the new challenge? I certainly am. Just stood on the scales and have gained 3lb back from the last challenge. That's done now so fresh start today!

The iron tablets are starting to work and I feel a bit less tired on a daily basis, so I might even have some energy to go swimming during the week or go to the gym for half hour here and there.

today's menu not quite sure yet, but going to make it EE I think. I have a need for comfort food - a big baked potato with some cheese and tuna salad sounds lovely.

I need to plan something for tea now so I know what I am going to cook and not succumb to the "can't be ar*ed" feeling later and order a take away. Anyone got any yummy ideas for chicken breasts? I am getting a bit fed up with them. I like something spicy and interesting, lol

    have a great day everyone.

Sary, thanks for all the yoghurt info, that was very helpful to see it all in a row like that, I have written it down in my phone for when I go shopping.

Mrs Ryan, your new clothes sound lovely, it must have been a great feeling to fit into them. I wish it was me.

Velvet Crunch are 4 syns for a 20g bag so one of the better ones.:)

All the casual clothes talk reminded me about a lovely Jack Wills sweatshirt I've hardly worn so I've put it on today and feel much smarter.

Hope you have a good time with your mum MrsR, get you in First Class. Maybe you are The Queen after all!:rotfl:

I think today could potentially be a Green Day for me. We've got a tight turnaround later when DH gets back and then we have to leave to see a show so we agreed that we'd eat well at lunchtime. Plan so far:

B: NAS Ribena, HEB porage with HEA milk
L: lentil soup and huge bowl of pasta salad (roasted veg and red beans in it) to graze on
D: probably nothing but maybe a snack (cheese?) later on tonight
Syns: squirt of syrup on porage. Not sure about wine syns, definitely fewer than usual on a Saturday as I'm volunteering to drive this evening.

Mrs Ryan i was eyeing up some Hudson rose ones I think they were the other day. Will have a good look later when I go to see if I look okay in a top from there as opposed to a sack of spuds look xxx

I generally wear jeans and a Tshirt with a hoodie pretty much every day :/ I normally get my hoodies from gap ;) but a superdry hoodie and a hollister women's hoodie is on my must have at target list ;) xxx

DH got home just before 9 so I hadn't had breakfast so ended up with a fry up. So need to do something different for lunch - as don't want beans twice in a day, LOL!

May have some soup, I have a carrot & cumin one in the fridge which I was going to have yesterday but didn't. Will have my HEB bread with that instead of toast.
