Didn't have hash browns in the end - the sw ones are so quick and easy to make :) xxx
I need to google these later.. I love hash browns!

Macpep - I haven't seen the recipe for the cheesecake but I've never really been able to get along with SW desserts.. have you ever made one before? I'd just keep your expectations of it pretty low and it should be fine ;) if on the other hand it's gorgeous and tastes like real cheesecake then let us know cos we'll all be making it!

Lantanna I am living the dating life through you at the moment come on we need more details lady - what you wearing etc etc

Enjoy kettle balls you crazy glutton for punishment!!

Maddie waddy! Well done ;) your doing great xxx

Okay confession my saintly day ended up with a binge again and all I can put it down to is old habits as I'm not as active as I was due to hurting all the time and it increasing when I exercise (half mile walk today to the park with dd and I'm in agony :/) so when I'm home alone and dd is subjecting me to watch a Disney princess film for the 7th time that week I get bored and gravitate towards the kitchen and end up eating :(
I'm way way over syns this week I know I am. And have a meal out on Sunday :( only positive is my meals are pretty much always on plan and syn free. Need to find something to do instead of heading into the kitchen. I may start lurking in the comp section n entering competitions as a means of occupying myself :( feeling like a failure as I know it works but I can't resist temptation when I'm bored I can when I've been out n about :( I miss my 5mile walks :(

Lantanna, I know you don't normally post your menus but would you be able to share a typical day's menu as you have done so well and would love to achieve what you and the others have done but am struggling!

Hey yes! I actually used to and then sort of got out of the way of it!!! Must start again!

    Here is todays Menu

B: WW Yogurt, 2 Kiwis & a Hi Fi Bar

L: Mug Shot (not usually this but wasn't organised today)
Another WW Yogurt (would normally have been pasta & cold meat with a big salad or something like that or a hm stew with beans)

D: Fat free Supernoodles, Chicken, Soy Sauce, Green beans, onions, mushrooms & peppers (lots of them) lol

Syns - Wine:eek: & Hi fi Bar (HE) & 2 Baby Bel light (HE)
A very very random event to be having wine!!!!!!!!!! I'm almost scared to have it lol

I normally save most of my syns too Welsh Kitty - and go slightly off kilter at the weekends !

    GBatey -

In general I eat a lot of SW Chips, baked beans, bacon, Linda McCartney Sausages, Xtra Lean Mince, Salad, Omelettes, Pasta based meals, Nimble Bread, Chicken, baked potatoes, HM Stews & Bolognese etc.
I live alone so whatever I have for dinner I normally make double so that I can take the other half to work the next day!!
I make nimble pizzas and have them quite a lot with lots of salad.
Oats are good for Breakfast - Magic Porridge is great and really filling!
With the Fruit, I don't really vary much from Mango, Pineapple, Melon & Kiwis!

I have a least one yogurt a day and always use my syns - crisps, alcohol & Chinese mainly

I love making a big salad for lunch with cold meats, boiled eggs, pickles, lots of veg and a bit of cheese etc - I find the more different things that I have on my plate the less bored I get and I feel like I am getting more.

I'm really into Ryvitta Minis at the minute as my (HE) - due to Mildredd alerting me to them lol.

If you are struggling a wee bit - have a look at your superfrees and try up these and slightly reduce the portions of the free stuff such as potatoes etc. Controversial but it works!!
Everyone is different but I find it works better for me if I have the superfrees with my main meal i.e salad or veg on the plate as opposed to having my dinner and then having fruit etc after.
I get through a heck of a lot of lettuce!!
I love roasted veg as well - red onion, peppers, onion roasted in the oven in fry light.

Don't get disheartened as my signature may look impressive but I have definitely had those periods where nothing seems to shift and I get very frustrated with the whole thing and then I get a weird week where I drop a shed load lol. Seems to be the way it goes with me!!

I've stopped on the Pasta & Sauce and that kind of thing as I seemed to struggle when I was eating them - I think the less processed foods the better really - for me anyway. Those supernoodles have been lounging in the cupboard for yonks so that is why they are on the menu tonight!!

    Hope this helps!!

    Here's the challenge list!

If anyone hasn't joined that wants to then give me a shout.. it's a 7 week challenge - running until Easter Sunday.. use this weeks weigh in as your start weight for the challenge and then next week will be your week 1 result.

Can I just remind everyone to give me their results in a different colour and bold so I can see it! If you could state which week the result is then that would be great too!

    Good luck xxx

Shala – Knickergate lol. Yes I’m on it with the scout for new pants lol I can just see the news – ladies all over the country exposing themselves due to phenomenal weight losses!!

Mildredd – Oh dear really, the 7th time lol – to be fair I totally get why you binged. Your mojo will return any day now!!!!!!!!! It wasn’t so long ago I was struggling and you were plain sailing so swings and roundabouts and your time will come again!!
By the way I only went onto the Dating site for a luck to see what it was all about and look whats happened - so you watch yourself lol:eek:
Well I’m going quite casual as only to a country bar - don't think its time to bring out the dresses - yet lol!! Denim jeggings, tan knee length boots, a back and white top with zips on the shoulders (ooo er) ! lol Sounds a bit distasteful but its not - its very sensible lol. It is also a good reasonably high neckline as with my booberoos I flash constantly if anything is slightly low cut lol. So he would be likely to get a bit of an eyeful lol ! Good grief – I’ve just realised between the bucket knickers and the boobs I’m in danger of being naked lol!! Link for the top below. I would also like the world to know its a Size Medium lol :rotfl: The word large is banned from my wardrobe lol!!

Getting the wig done tomorrow & my nails (which need to be done anyway) so not just for him - so if he doesn’t like it he can go to pot!!!!!!!!!!!
Well I will be back on Monday for an update good or bad lol
Have a good weekend lovelies xx

Some brilliant losses rolling in! :T

Hope the interview went well. Most cheese is HEA but it doesn't matter as you have two of each allowed on Green if you want them.

Agree you deserve new heels. Outfit sounds very trendy.:)

Is that Lancashire hotpot? I'm on the look out for new (to me) recipes. Would someone share a basic chicken curry recipe. I like tomato based curry not creamy and put in plenty of veg as well as the chicken. I bought one of Aldi's FR chickens today and I'm determined not to just gobble the leftovers so I want to make a curry.

Hope you enjoy your roast kitty and hopefully you won't feel hungry after that.

Is that free? I generally have 0% Total as a cream substitute.

Frylight Olive Oil was on special at £1.50 in Aldi today, not sure if it's in all stores.

Maman can I just ask you, we haven't really spoken about the plans in my group just EE - it was someone on here who advised me to do green and my leader agreed but I haven't actually spoken to her about it. The way I've read it in the book is 1xHEA 2xHEXB and another HEXA if required.......the list of HEXB's in the books includes a list of cheese so I've been counting that as my second HEXB. Have I got this wrong somewhere? I kept checking because I kept thinking I had got it wrong, it doesn't seem right to me but thats def what the book says for Green Plan. (Hope this post makes sense!!)

Am gonna try, yes, I am gonna try, to stick to it this time. I've been a total greedy Frog/Pig since Christmas. I think it's because I'm in hibernation mode but NO MORE....

Tomorrow is March 1st. Sort of first day of Spring. I need to stop bingeing because I just keep farting about, being good for a week, bingeing for a week etc. Got to stop it!

I shall hop on the scales in the morning to assess the damage, then I'll decide on a target for the next 7 weeks.

In the meanwhile, I've got a bag of mini eggs with my name on them :EasterBun

    yum yum yum xxx

I can't wait to start the new challenge! Thanks Shala.

It has been a busy week. Someone had brought in a huge tray with cupcakes at work today but I didn't have one, thank goodness the bright blue icing on the top put me off

We are having a super quick and easy tea tonight and I have bought some Uncle Benz rice pouches for myself in Tesco. I have never used them before. I just looked them up in my directory and it says: Express Thai sweet chilli rice 2 syns per 250g pouch

the pouch I bought doesn't say the word "express" on it though, it just says special and then underneath: thai sweet chilli rice.
Have I bought the wrong thing? Would hate to eat it and it being lots of syns

I am going to catch up on this fast moving thread at my leisure tonight. Mrs Ryan, so sorry for your loss
