Maman - well remembered - I'm out on Sunday this week and at a party next Saturday... I've ordered skinny jeans eep to wear for both. Have heels for the party but I've ordered some new ones because I feel like I deserve new heels ;) cxx currently debating a couple of tops to buy... Think ill be going with one from new look though - even if I did spend ages on the inspire range of the website before realising it wouldn't fit :/
Struggling to think of myself as smaller? I knew what suited my bigger size and would stick to the same cuts of tops etc now I'm totally lost :/

Didn't have hash browns in the end - the sw ones are so quick and easy to make :) xxx

A couple of choc digestives may have fell in my mouth so I took me n the dd off for a walk to the park to get away from the temptation :/

Salad was nice for lunch - bulked it out with a hard boiled egg xxx

Planning on making a hotpot for tomorrow night so there will be leftovers for Sunday evening after a frankie and bennys lunch...
Lunch tomorrow will be a salad or something heavy sf :) xxx

    Good luck daisy xxx

    Love it lol!!!

Just realised I had gotten really bad on the water intake again so my mission for this week is to Up it!!!
  • Hi all!

Hope you don't mind me jumping on board. A lovely friend if mine picked me up a pack of slimming world books and I am going it alone as I cant really afford the classes. I have stuck to EE so far and have been doing ok...until today! For some reason I am really struggling today. I skipped breakfast, so maybe that is the issue, but I just feel hungry! Had a really nice lunch of cold meats, picled onions, gherkins, beetroot etc but I feel like I havent eaten in a week.

I have attempted a couple of desserts that I found online and they were all a disaster! I have been shopping today to stock up on sw friendly food, but couldnt find any quark, so half the things I was planning to cook, I cant as they need quark. Just feeling a bit fed up with it all today!

On the plus side, have a lovely joint of beef cooking and it smells lush! Hoping I will feel a bit better once I have tucked into that.

You seem like a lovely bunch, so I'm hoping you will give me the gentle kick up the bum I need!

Welcome welshkitty  - consider yourself 'gently kicked up the bum' - not very nice seeing as we have only just 'met' you :D

I don't go to group either and managed to get to target with the books and the help of all the lovely people on this forum.

It could be that missing breakfast has caused you to wobble today - I know that if I do that I feel starving all day too.

Great loss beanie - the chocolate monster didn't do too much damage after all ;).

Have a great weekend everyone :)
  • Thanks sukeyboo. I am determined to stay on track and not go and binge on the kids sweets, biscuits and crisps that are calling me from the kitchen! I think that from tomorrow I need to plan every meal, including breakfast. I will sit down tonight with a list of all the ingredients I have in my cupboard and attempt a meal plan.

Welcome to the thread, why don't you make up your own wee treat box (syn bin). I done this last year, made box up to around 90 syns, put in the weekend wine, then made up box of crisps, biscuits, curly wurlys, freddos etc, I would keep aside some syns for gravy/sauces/dressing etc, that way when its gone its gone & you have no more left. Or if you dont use all syns on other things then you can sneak in another wee packet of crisps/chocolate :D
